Abstract

This invention relates to a magazine for air guns, specifically within the field of pneumatic gun technology. It includes a magazine housing containing, from top to bottom, interconnected exhaust ports, exhaust chambers, airflow channels, and intake chambers. An intake component is located within the intake chamber, and an exhaust component is located within the exhaust chamber. The intake component includes an intake seat sealed within the intake chamber, and the intake seat has a secondary vaporization buffer chamber connected to the airflow channel. This invention utilizes a secondary vaporization buffer chamber with liquid carbon dioxide in between. The liquid carbon dioxide in the high-pressure cylinder vaporizes and expands in the secondary chamber, maintaining its pressure. When released by the exhaust component, it remains in a gaseous state, effectively increasing the gas pressure, improving the muzzle velocity of the projectile, and enhancing the stability of each power cycle, thus increasing the number of power cycles with the same amount of gas.

Claims

1. A magazine for an air gun, comprising: an exhaust port, an exhaust chamber, an airflow passage, and an air inlet chamber arranged sequentially from top to bottom inside the magazine housing; an air inlet component disposed inside the air inlet chamber; and an exhaust component disposed inside the exhaust chamber; the air inlet component includes an air inlet seat sealed and installed inside the air inlet chamber; the air inlet seat has a secondary vaporization buffer chamber communicating with the airflow passage; the bottom surface of the air inlet seat is further provided with an air inlet for supplying compressed gas to the secondary vaporization buffer chamber; and a high-pressure gas cylinder is connected inside the air inlet.

2. A magazine for an air gun as described in claim 1, wherein: The outer wall of the air intake seat fits against the inner wall of the air intake chamber, and an annular groove is provided on the outer wall of the air intake seat, with a sealing ring installed inside the annular groove.

3. A magazine for an air gun as described in claim 1, wherein: An air nozzle is provided on the inner wall of the air inlet, and the air nozzle has an air passage connecting the secondary vaporization buffer chamber and the air inlet.

4. A magazine for an air gun as described in claim 1, wherein: The high-pressure gas cylinder is filled with liquid carbon dioxide, and its port is fitted onto the outside of the gas nozzle.

5. A magazine for an air gun as described in claim 1, wherein: The exhaust device includes an exhaust seat sealed and installed inside the exhaust chamber. The exhaust seat has a cavity with open ends. An exhaust hole communicating with the exhaust port is opened through the wall of the exhaust seat. A valve is slidably disposed inside the cavity. The valve slides to open or close one open end of the exhaust seat. The valve includes a trigger rod disposed inside the cavity. The trigger rod is slidable along the axial direction of the exhaust seat. One end of the trigger rod is connected to a valve head that can block one end of the exhaust seat.

6. A magazine for an air gun as described in claim 5, wherein: The exhaust port is provided in multiple ways, and each exhaust port is arranged in a circumferential array on the wall surface of the exhaust seat.

7. A magazine for an air gun as described in claim 5, wherein: The outer wall of the exhaust seat fits against the inner wall of the exhaust chamber, and a sealing ring is installed on the outer wall of the exhaust seat.

8. A magazine for an air gun as described in claim 5, wherein: The exhaust seat has an embedded groove on one open end face, and a rubber ring is installed inside the embedded groove.
