Abstract

An online ticket retrieval device includes a cloud server and a backend device. The cloud server receives ticket retrieval request information from the user's device, generates and sends back a response message with a ticket number sequence code based on the request information, and stores the ticket number sequence code as waiting list information, sequentially placing it last. The backend device sequentially assigns waiting list information as call numbers and sends the call numbers sequence codes to the cloud server. When the received call number sequence code matches the ticket number sequence code sent to the user's device, the cloud server sends a call notification message to the user's device. By generating ticket numbers based on ticket retrieval requests through the cloud server, customer waiting time is reduced, and paper usage is reduced, meeting the needs of energy conservation and environmental protection.

Claims

1.
