Abstract

A mobile banking transaction risk monitoring system based on real-time physiological characteristic data includes a mobile banking server and a mobile communication device electrically connected to it. For each of a variety of predetermined physiological characteristics, the mobile communication device generates a calm state value for that predetermined physiological characteristic based on historical physiological characteristic data of a user. When the mobile communication device is preparing to transmit a transfer request related to a transfer transaction to the mobile banking server, the mobile communication device obtains multiple current physiological characteristic data for the predetermined physiological characteristics and generates a risk rating result based on the current physiological characteristic data and the calm state value. When the risk rating result indicates high risk, the mobile banking server blocks or delays the transfer transaction.

Claims

1. A mobile banking transaction risk monitoring system based on real-time physiological characteristic data, comprising: a mobile banking server; and a mobile communication device electrically connected to the mobile banking server and operated by a user; for each of a plurality of predetermined physiological characteristics, the mobile communication device generates a resting state value for the predetermined physiological characteristic based on historical physiological characteristic data of the user for the predetermined physiological characteristic; when the mobile communication device is operated by the user to prepare to transmit a transfer request related to a transfer transaction to the mobile banking server, the mobile communication device obtains multiple current physiological characteristic data of the predetermined physiological characteristics, and generates a risk rating result based on the current physiological characteristic data and the resting state value of the predetermined physiological characteristics, and transmits the risk rating result and the transfer request to the mobile banking server; the mobile banking server determines whether the risk rating result indicates high risk; when the mobile banking server determines that the risk rating result indicates high risk, the mobile banking server blocks or delays the transfer transaction.

2. The mobile banking transaction risk monitoring system based on real-time physiological characteristic data as described in claim 1, wherein, The mobile banking server determines whether the risk rating indicates medium risk. When the mobile banking server determines that the risk rating indicates medium risk, the mobile communication device displays a warning confirmation message to alert the user and ask the user to confirm the transaction. The mobile banking server determines whether it has received a transaction confirmation instruction or a transaction cancellation instruction from the mobile communication device. When the mobile banking server receives the transaction cancellation instruction from the mobile communication device, the mobile banking server cancels the transfer transaction.

3. The mobile banking transaction risk monitoring system based on real-time physiological characteristic data as described in claim 1, wherein, Two of these predetermined physiological characteristics are heart rate and heart rate variability.
