Abstract

This invention relates to a drainage structure for a two-piece raincoat, comprising a jacket and rain pants. The jacket has a slanted opening of appropriate length at the neckline and front placket, with a first zipper at the opening to close it. A shielding panel extends to the hem of the jacket, forming a drainage channel, and a second zipper is located on the shielding panel. The first and second zippers are offset from each other when closed. This double-zipper design provides a larger neckline for convenient wearing of a helmet, while allowing rainwater that seeps into the shielding panel to drain through the drainage channel, preventing rainwater from entering the body and effectively enhancing the waterproof performance.

Claims

1. A drainage structure for a two-piece raincoat, comprising: a slanted opening at the center of the collar of the upper body extending to the side; a first zipper at the slanted opening for closing the opening; a shielding panel inside the slanted opening corresponding to close the opening; the shielding panel extending to the hem of the upper body to form a drainage channel; a slot on the shielding panel, the slot being shorter than the slanted opening; and a second zipper at the slot for closing the slot, the second zipper being shorter than the first zipper; the first and second zippers being offset from each other when closed, so that the shielding panel can block infiltrated rainwater and drain it through the drainage channel.

2. The drainage structure of the two-piece raincoat as described in claim 1, wherein a rain hood is connected to the collar of the upper body, and a neck cover is connected between the rain hood and the collar, and the first zipper extends to the neck cover.

3. The drainage structure of the two-piece raincoat as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the length of the oblique opening is set between one-half and two-thirds of the length of the main body of the raincoat.

4. The drainage structure of the two-piece raincoat as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein a storage pocket for storing items is provided on the side of the oblique opening of the upper body and the first zipper, and the opening of the storage pocket is provided with a cover.
