Abstract

This invention proposes a hot water lock structure for a faucet, comprising a faucet, a switch handle, and a safety device. A protrusion is formed on the top of the faucet, and a recess is formed on the top of the protrusion. The switch handle is rotatably mounted on the top of the faucet. The safety device is movably mounted on the switch handle and comprises a column and a resilient element. The column passes through the switch handle and has a protrusion and an arrow mark. An elastic element is disposed at the top of the column; one end of the elastic element abuts against the switch handle, and the other end of the elastic element abuts against the top of the column, and tends to move the column to engage the protrusion with the recess of the protrusion of the faucet, thereby preventing the switch handle from flipping relative to the faucet.
