Construction Prohibition and Restriction Investigation System

Abstract

A system for investigating and verifying prohibited and restricted construction projects, applicable to bank credit assessment operations, includes a query case receiving module, a source-corresponding rule storage unit, a query condition conversion module, an external data investigation module, a restriction information aggregation module, and an investigation report generation module. The query case receiving module receives building site query data from the credit assessment system and generates standardized query conditions; the query condition conversion module generates multiple source query conditions based on source-corresponding rule data; the external data investigation module transmits these multiple source query conditions to at least one external data platform and receives the original query results; the restriction information aggregation module maps, integrates, and aggregates the original query results to generate aggregated prohibited and restricted construction information; and the investigation report generation module generates an investigation report based on the aggregated prohibited and restricted construction information and sends it back to the credit assessment system.

Claims

1. A restricted construction investigation system, applicable to bank credit investigation operations, comprising a plurality of hardware modules or hardware units composed of a plurality of hardware circuits, the hardware modules or hardware units comprising: a query case receiving module configured to receive building site query data from a credit investigation system, and generate and output standardized query conditions based on the building site query data; a source correspondence rule storage unit storing a plurality of source correspondence rule data, each of the source correspondence rule data including a land attribute condition, a corresponding external data platform identification data, a query field mapping data, and a result field mapping data; and a query condition conversion module signal-connected to the query case receiving module and the source correspondence rule storage unit, configured to receive the standardized query conditions and generate a plurality of source query conditions based on the plurality of source correspondence rule data; An external data query module, signal-connected to the query condition conversion module, is configured to transmit the multiple source query conditions to at least one external data platform and receive the multiple source original query results returned by the at least one external data platform; a restriction information aggregation module, signal-connected to the external data query module and the source corresponding rule storage unit, is configured to receive the multiple source original query results, and perform field mapping, integration, and aggregation on the multiple source original query results based on the result field mapping data to generate aggregated prohibition and restriction information; and a query report generation module, signal-connected to the restriction information aggregation module, is configured to receive the aggregated prohibition and restriction information, generate a query report, and transmit it to the credit granting system.

2. The restricted building search system as described in claim 1, wherein the building site search data includes at least one of land number data and location data.

The prohibited and restricted construction query system as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one external data platform includes at least one of a civil aviation prohibited and restricted construction control query platform, a prohibited and restricted construction map data query platform, a national defense legal data platform, a national legal data platform, and an environmentally sensitive area query platform.

The prohibited and restricted construction query system as described in Request 1, wherein the multiple source query conditions of the query condition conversion module are generated by selecting the corresponding external data platform identification data and query field mapping data from the multiple source corresponding rule data based on the comparison result between the standardized query conditions and one of the multiple source corresponding rule data.

5. The restricted investigation system as described in Request 1, wherein the data receiving action of the inquiry case receiving module is triggered when the credit system receives an operation triggered by a credit investigator.

6. The prohibited or restricted construction investigation system as described in claim 1, wherein the investigation report includes at least one of the compiled prohibited or restricted construction information, source identification information, and legal basis information.
