Abstract

An electric tool includes a housing unit, a power unit, a start switch, and an electronic control unit. The power unit includes a drive mechanism and a rotating shaft mechanism that can be driven by the drive mechanism. The electronic control unit is electrically connected to the drive mechanism and the start switch. The electronic control unit is triggered by the start switch as it changes from a closed position to an open position, and each time the electronic control unit is triggered, it controls the drive mechanism to rotate for a predetermined working time. By controlling the drive mechanism to rotate the rotating shaft mechanism for the predetermined working time each time the electronic control unit is triggered, the operating time and speed of the drive mechanism can be precisely controlled each time it is used, thereby controlling the torque value within an error range under the same operating conditions.

Claims

1. An electric tool, comprising: a housing unit; a power unit including a drive mechanism disposed within the housing unit and a rotating shaft mechanism connected to the drive mechanism and exposed outside the housing unit, the drive mechanism being controllable to drive the rotating shaft mechanism; a start switch disposed on the outer surface of the housing unit and pressable to change from a closed position to an open position; and an electronic control unit disposed in the housing unit and electrically connected to the drive mechanism and the start switch, the electronic control unit being triggered by the start switch when it is changed to the open position, and each time the electronic control unit is triggered, controlling the drive mechanism to start for a predetermined working time.

2. The power tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The electronic control unit includes a timing module and a control module that is connected to the drive mechanism, the start switch and the timing module by an electrical signal. The control module is triggered by the start switch when it is changed to the open position, and controls the timing module to start timing the predetermined working time. During the timing of the working time, the control module starts the drive mechanism.

3. The power tool as claimed in claim 2, wherein, The timing module can be set to adjust the scheduled working time.

4. The power tool as claimed in claim 2, wherein, Each time the control module is triggered, it controls the drive mechanism to drive the rotating shaft mechanism to rotate at a predetermined operating speed.

5. The power tool as claimed in claim 4, wherein, The electronic control unit also includes a speed control module disposed in the housing unit and electrically connected to the control module. The speed control module can be operated to adjust the predetermined operating speed each time the control module controls the drive mechanism to drive the rotating shaft mechanism to rotate.

6. The power tool as claimed in claim 5, wherein, The housing unit includes a housing body for housing the power unit, the start switch and the control module, and an external connector disposed on the outer surface of the housing body. The speed control module is a rotary potentiometer module, and the external connector is for housing the speed control module.

7. The power tool as claimed in claim 6, wherein, The external connector is opposite to the rotating shaft mechanism.

8. The power tool as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein, The speed control module has a scale panel disposed on the external connector and a speed control knob exposed on the scale panel.

9. The power tool as claimed in claim 8, wherein, The scale panel is opposite to the main body of the casing.

10. The power tool as claimed in claim 8, wherein, The speed control module also has a stopper that is positioned between the scale panel and the speed control knob.
