Abstract

This invention provides a magnetic pickup and release module, a magnetic pickup and release mechanism, and a magnetic pickup and release device. The magnetic pickup and release module includes a fixed base, a movable base, an elastic member disposed between the fixed base and the movable base, and a magnetic unit. The fixed base has an inner channel extending along a first direction and suitable for inserting a hollow shaft. The movable base has an insertion channel extending along the first direction and suitable for inserting the fixed base and a drive shaft, a body surrounding the insertion channel, and a contact wall connected to the body and located at the end of the insertion channel opposite to the fixed base. The contact wall is suitable for contacting the workpiece. The magnetic unit is disposed within the insertion channel and enclosed by the movable base, thus the magnetic unit is not contaminated or damaged by the workpiece or the external environment.

Claims

1. A magnetic pickup and release module, suitable for use with a hollow shaft and a drive shaft inserted into the hollow shaft, and suitable for adsorbing a workpiece, the magnetic pickup and release module comprising: a fixed base having an inner channel extending along a first direction and suitable for inserting the hollow shaft; a movable base movable relative to the fixed base, having an insertion channel extending along the first direction and suitable for inserting the fixed base and the drive shaft, a body surrounding the insertion channel, and a contact wall connected to the body and located at one end of the insertion channel opposite to the fixed base, the contact wall being suitable for contacting the workpiece; an elastic element disposed between the fixed base and the movable base; and a magnetic unit having magnetism and disposed in the insertion channel, the magnetic unit being suitable for being driven by the drive shaft to move along the first direction.

2. The magnetic pickup and release module as described in claim 1, wherein, The magnetic unit has a housing suitable for mounting on a drive shaft, and a magnetic element disposed in the housing.

A magnetic pickup and release mechanism, comprising: a frame; a first drive unit disposed on the frame and provided with a first power source, and a hollow shaft as described in any one of claims 1 to 9, the hollow shaft being driven to rotate by the first power source; a second drive unit disposed on the frame and provided with a second power source, and a drive shaft as described in any one of claims 1 to 9, the drive shaft being driven to move up and down by the second power source; and a magnetic pickup and release module as described in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the inner channel of the fixed base allows the hollow shaft to be inserted for the magnetic pickup and release module to be assembled on the hollow shaft.

11. The magnetic pickup and dispensing mechanism as described in claim 10, wherein, The frame is provided with a first frame portion that supports the first drive unit.
