Abstract

This disclosure provides a crystal urn, comprising: a urn body and a urn lid. The urn body is hollow and made of quartz, forming a receiving space inside the urn body. The top of the urn body has an opening that communicates with the receiving space. The urn lid is also made of quartz and fits into the urn body with a concave-convex fit to seal the opening of the urn body. By using a crystal urn made of quartz, which combines toughness and hardness, cremated remains can be effectively preserved for a long time.

Claims

1. A crystal urn, comprising: a urn body, which is hollow and made of quartz, having a receiving space formed within the urn body, and having an opening at the top of the urn body that communicates with the receiving space; and a urn lid, made of quartz, which engages with the urn body in a concave-convex fit to seal the opening of the urn body.

2. The crystal urn as described in claim 1, wherein, The can body and the can lid system are formed from quartz material through a series of processes including pickling, hydrothermal treatment, heating, pressurization, cooling and machining.

3. The crystal urn as described in claim 2, wherein, The pickling process uses a weak acid to clean the quartz material, and the pickling time is 1 to 6 months.

4. The crystal urn as described in claim 3, wherein, The hydrothermal treatment is a high-temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal treatment. The temperature of the hydrothermal treatment ranges from 1500 to 3500 degrees Celsius, and the pressure of the hydrothermal treatment is 0.3 GPa.

5. The crystal urn as described in claim 4, wherein, The melting point of the heat treatment is between 2500 and 3800 degrees Celsius, and the heat treatment time is between 10 and 15 hours.

6. The crystal urn as described in claim 5, wherein, The pressurization process involves pressurizing and heating using a pressure furnace; the cooling process involves cooling down using a pressure furnace.

7. The crystal urn as described in claim 5, wherein, The processing involves cutting the shape, glazing, and polishing to complete the body of the jar and the lid.

8. The crystal urn as described in claim 1 or 7, wherein, The top of the can body has a protruding connecting part; the bottom of the can lid has a recessed fitting part. The connecting part and the fitting part fit together to close the opening of the can lid. The protruding height of the connecting part is less than the recessed depth of the fitting part.

9. The crystal urn as described in claim 8, wherein, The outer edge of the can lid is provided with a stepped structure, which has a first step, a second step and a third step. The second step is located between the first step and the third step, and the third step abuts against the periphery of the connecting part. The thickness of the second step is less than the thickness of the first step and the third step.

10. The crystal urn as described in claim 9, wherein, The second-level section and the third-level section have recessed interlocking portions on their inner periphery.
