Claims

1. A multilayered particle for improving skin, wherein the structure of the multilayered particle, from the inside out, comprises: A main body layer comprising an effective dose of a skin-improving food, wherein the food comprises: a powder containing β-nicotinamide mononucleotide (MN), a powder containing superoxide dismutase (SOD), trans-resveratrol, and vitamin C; and a protective layer covering the outer surface of the main body layer; wherein the skin-improving properties include promoting collagen production, enhancing skin hydration, anti-inflammatory effects, anti-aging effects, and improving skin texture.

2. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the multilayered particles is 100 μm to 1000 μm.

3. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the multilayered particles is 1 μm to 1000 μm.

4. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the individual comprises skin cells, mice, or humans.

5. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the collagen is type I collagen and type III collagen.

6. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the improvement in skin hydration is achieved by increasing the gene expression of hyaluronidase 2 (HAS2) and / or inhibiting the gene expression of hyaluronidase 1 (HYAL1).

7. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the anti-inflammatory effect is an inhibition of the gene expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6).

8. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the anti-aging effect is to increase the gene expression of nuclear respiratory factor 1 (NRF-1) and / or increase the gene expression of deacetylase regulatory factor 1 (SIRT-1).

9. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the multilayered particles are prepared into tablets by granulation.

10. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 9, wherein the tablets have the following shape: Circular, oval, triangular, quadrangular, square, rectangular, clam-shaped, hollow circular, or combinations thereof.

11. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 9, wherein the tablet is a bilayer tablet, a foaming tablet, a sustained-release tablet, or an immediate-release tablet.

12. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the multilayered particles are encapsulated to form capsules or microcapsules.

13. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the protective layer is a film coating, wherein the film coating is selected from the group consisting of sugar film coatings, sustained-release film coatings, enteric-coated film coatings, transparent water-soluble film coatings, yellow film coatings, and combinations thereof.

14. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the protective layer comprises: Flavoring agents, sweeteners, antioxidants, preservatives, chelating agents, coloring agents, binding agents, or combinations thereof.

15. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the protective layer contains an excipient selected from the group consisting of maltodextrin, starch, cellulose and lecithin.

16. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the surface of the main layer is rough.

17. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the surface of the protective layer is rough.

18. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein at least one of the main layer and the protective layer is a homogeneous structure.

19. As described in claim 1, the protective layer is further covered with a moisture-proof layer.

20. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the multilayered particles are used to prepare a cosmetic, a skin care product, a health food or a pharmaceutical product.

21. The multilayered particles for improving skin as described in claim 1, wherein the multilayered particles are used to prepare a functional gummy, a functional chocolate, a functional beverage packet, a functional powder packet, or a functional jelly.
