Abstract

This invention provides a system for the operation of reselling precious metal products, applicable to the reselling of precious metal products by financial institutions. The system includes an inbound processing module, an outbound sales processing module, a transaction inventory data storage unit, and an inventory query report module. The inbound processing module is configured to receive inbound quantity data and generate inbound accounting entries and voucher data. The outbound sales processing module is configured to receive outbound quantity data and transaction type data, and generate outbound accounting entries and voucher data; when sold to a customer, it also generates sales revenue data and commission data. The transaction inventory data storage unit stores transaction record data and inventory data. The inventory query report module is configured to aggregate transaction records and inventory data according to query criteria to generate query results data.

Claims

1. A system for operating the sale of precious metal products, applicable to the operation of precious metal products by financial institutions, the system comprising a plurality of hardware modules or hardware units composed of a plurality of hardware circuits, the hardware modules or hardware units comprising: an inbound processing module, signal-connected to a branch terminal system, and configured to receive inbound quantity data from the branch terminal system, and generate an inbound accounting entry, an inbound voucher, and an inbound result based on the inbound quantity data; and an outbound sales processing module, signal-connected to the branch terminal system, and configured to receive outbound quantity data and transaction type data from the branch terminal system, and generate an outbound accounting entry, an outbound voucher, and an outbound result based on the outbound quantity data, wherein when the transaction type data indicates a sale to a customer transaction, the outbound sales processing module further generates sales receipt data and commission data; A transaction inventory data storage unit is signal-connected to the inbound processing module and the outbound sales processing module, and is configured to receive and store inbound result data from the inbound processing module and outbound result data from the outbound sales processing module to maintain multiple transaction record data and inventory data; and an inventory query report module is signal-connected to the branch terminal system and the transaction inventory data storage unit, and is configured to receive query condition data from the branch terminal system, read the transaction record data and the inventory data from the transaction inventory data storage unit, and perform aggregation processing according to the query condition data to generate query result data.

The consignment precious metals trading system as described in Request 1, wherein the warehousing accounting entries include a debit account and a credit account, the debit account corresponding to a consignment precious metals trading account, and the credit account corresponding to a consigned consignment precious metals trading account.

The consignment sales system for precious metal commodities as described in claim 1, wherein when the transaction type information indicates a sale to a customer transaction, the outbound sales processing module calculates the handling fee information and generates a corresponding handling fee invoice.

The consignment sales system for precious metal products as described in claim 1, wherein the outbound sales processing module signal is connected to a dedicated account core accounting system, and the sales receipt data includes sales amount data and dedicated account identification data, and the sales receipt data is output to the dedicated account core accounting system.

The consignment precious metals trading system as described in claim 3, wherein the warehousing processing module, the outbound sales processing module, and the inventory query report module are respectively signal-connected to a voucher report output device, and the warehousing voucher data generated by the warehousing processing module, the outbound voucher data and the handling fee voucher data generated by the outbound sales processing module, and the query result data generated by the inventory query report module, wherein the query result data includes an inventory report and a transaction detail, are output to the voucher report output device.

The consignment sales system for precious metal products as described in claim 1, wherein the warehousing processing module is triggered when a branch employee performs a warehousing transaction through the branch terminal system, and the outbound sales processing module is triggered when the branch employee performs an outbound transaction through the branch terminal system.
