The composite mattress as claimed in claim 1, further comprising at least one third pad, wherein the first pad has a hip area adjacent to the body area, wherein at least one hip pressure relief groove is formed by a downward indentation of the surface of the hip area, the third pad is disposed in the hip pressure relief groove, and the hardness of the third pad is lower than that of the first pad.
7. The composite mattress as claimed in claim 6, wherein the hip pressure relief groove of the first mattress body extends through both ends of the entire hip area, or is formed in a local area of the hip area.
8. The composite mattress as claimed in claim 6, wherein the third padding system is adhered to or detachably snapped into the hip pressure relief groove of the first padding body.
9. The composite mattress as claimed in claim 6, wherein the material of the third mattress body is polyurethane foam, latex or silicone.
