Organizational Reporting and Publicity Management System

Abstract

This invention provides a unit meeting and publicity management system, including a communication module and a meeting and publicity management module. The communication module is used to receive and transmit information. After receiving multiple meeting and publicity information transmitted by multiple employee devices through the communication module, the meeting and publicity management module automatically aggregates the multiple meeting and publicity information to generate a unit meeting and publicity document, or receives a processing result transmitted by multiple unit management personnel devices through the communication module, and marks the corresponding multiple meeting and publicity information as completed based on the processing result.

Claims

1. A unit-level publicity and promotion management system, installed within a bank mainframe server, comprising a plurality of hardware modules consisting of a plurality of electrically connected hardware circuits, the hardware modules including: A communication module that connects multiple staff devices and multiple unit management devices; And a meeting report management module, which is connected to the communication module. After receiving multiple meeting report information transmitted by the staff devices through the communication module, it automatically aggregates the meeting report information to generate a meeting report document for each unit, or after receiving a processing result transmitted by the management personnel devices through the communication module, it marks the corresponding meeting report information as completed based on the processing result.

4. The unit reporting and publicity management system as described in Request 1, wherein the reporting and publicity management module also allows the staff devices to query the completion status and the corresponding processing result.

The unit meeting and publicity management system as described in claim 1, wherein the meeting and publicity management module allocates the meeting and publicity information to the unit meeting documents of the corresponding month according to the category of the meeting and publicity information and the scheduled publicity date.
