Abstract

This invention relates to the structure of a sliding door base, comprising a base, a first piece, a second piece, a support platform, a first elastic element, and a second elastic element. By the opposing movement of the first and second pieces within the base, the first and second notches can clamp or release a screw or rod, achieving rapid assembly and disassembly. This invention further provides a first locking groove on the first piece, a second locking groove on the second piece, and a locking groove with multiple positioning surfaces on the screw. The junction of these positioning surfaces defines a locking angle, allowing the screw to engage with the first and second notches on multiple surfaces upon insertion, and to achieve an angular locking positioning effect with the locking grooves. This not only maintains the original convenience of rapid assembly and disassembly but also enhances the screw's fixing stability, anti-loosening and anti-fall-off effects, and vibration resistance, thereby improving the overall safety and reliability of the sliding door structure.

Claims

1. A structure for a sliding door base, comprising: A base has a first through hole, a second through hole, and a third through hole on its top surface, and a long groove on its bottom surface. The first, second, and third through holes are respectively connected to the long groove, and the third through hole is located between the first and second through holes. A first piece is placed in the long groove, and has a first notch at one end. A first protrusion is provided on its top surface, and the first protrusion passes through the first through hole and protrudes from the base body, and can move within the first through hole. A second piece is placed in the long groove, and has a second notch at one end. A second protrusion is provided on its top surface, and the second protrusion passes through the second through hole and protrudes from the base body, and can move within the second through hole. A support platform is connected to the long groove and located below the third through hole. The distance between the support platform and the long groove is greater than the thickness of the first and second pieces. A first elastic element, one end of which is connected to the support platform and the other end of which is connected to the first piece, so as to apply a force to move the first piece toward the position of the second piece; A second elastic element is provided, one end of which is connected to the support platform and the other end of which is connected to the second piece, so as to apply a force to move the second piece toward the position of the first piece; wherein, the first piece has a first locking groove in the first notch, the second piece has a second locking groove in the second notch, and a screw has a fastening groove, the fastening groove having a plurality of positioning surfaces, the contact points of the positioning surfaces defining a plurality of locking angles, when the screw is inserted into the third through hole, the positioning surfaces can form a multi-faceted fastening with the first notch and the second notch, and the locking angles are mutually locked and positioned with the first locking groove and the second locking groove.

2. The construction of the sliding door base as described in claim 1, wherein, The base further includes a first auxiliary positioning rod and a second auxiliary positioning rod, the first auxiliary positioning rod being located below the first piece and the second auxiliary positioning rod being located below the second piece.

3. The construction of the sliding door base as described in claim 1, wherein, The support platform is further combined with a support block and a third elastic element, which is located between the support block and the support platform to apply an upward force to the support block.

4. The construction of the sliding door base as described in claim 1, wherein, The first piece further extends into a first connecting piece, and a first connecting hole is formed on the first connecting piece; the second piece further extends into a second connecting piece, and a second connecting hole is formed on the second connecting piece.
