Abstract

A drive shaft assembly includes a torque shaft assembly and a transmission gear assembly. The torque shaft assembly includes a shaft tooth and a torque sensor. The transmission gear assembly is fitted onto the torque shaft assembly and meshes with the shaft tooth. The transmission gear assembly includes a gear component and a first bearing. The gear component has an internal tooth that meshes with the shaft tooth and an external tooth that meshes with a drive gear. The first bearing is coupled to one end of the gear component and supports the torque shaft assembly. When the torque shaft assembly is driven to rotate, the gear component can drive the drive gear to rotate the rear wheel, and the torque sensor can output a torque signal to enable the motor to output corresponding auxiliary power.

Claims

1. A drive shaft assembly comprising: a torque shaft assembly including a shaft body, a shaft tooth, and a torque sensor, the shaft tooth being formed on the outer periphery of the shaft body, the torque sensor being sleeved on the outer periphery of the shaft body and located on one side of the shaft tooth; and a drive gear assembly sleeved on the torque shaft assembly and meshing with the shaft tooth, the drive gear assembly including a gear member and a first bearing, the gear member being sleeved on the outer periphery of the torque shaft assembly and meshing with the shaft tooth, the gear member including an internal tooth and an external tooth, the internal tooth being formed on the inner periphery of the gear member and for meshing with the shaft tooth, the external tooth being formed on the outer periphery of the gear member and for meshing with a drive gear, the first bearing being coupled to one end of the gear member and for supporting the shaft body.

2. The drive shaft assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive gear assembly includes a second bearing sleeved on the outer periphery of the gear component.

3. The drive shaft assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the gear includes a bearing groove extending from one end of the gear, and the first bearing extends into the bearing groove.

4. The drive shaft assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the torque sensor includes a bushing and a sensing body, the bushing being rotatable relative to the sensing body as the shaft rotates.

5. The drive shaft assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the gear includes a receiving groove and the bearing groove are located at opposite ends of the internal gear portion; the bushing is located between the central shaft gear portion and the sensing body, and the bushing extends into the receiving groove.

6. The drive shaft assembly as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the external teeth of the gear member and the drive gear are intersecting shaft gears.
