Abstract

This invention relates to an assembly structure for a caster, comprising a connecting base, a locking assembly, and a caster assembly. The connecting base includes a plurality of connecting portions, a sliding groove, and a mounting portion. The sliding groove has a groove portion, a positioning portion, and an operating port. The locking assembly includes a sliding member, an operating member, and a first elastic element. The sliding member has a sliding portion, a mating portion, and a clamping portion. The operating member has a body portion, a limiting portion, and a stop portion. The caster assembly has a main support bracket and a pivot shaft. When the body portion is pressed, the stop portion disengages from the positioning portion, allowing the limiting portion to drive the clamping portion, thereby releasing the locking portion of the pivot shaft and allowing the pivot shaft to separate from the mounting portion. This provides a two-stage safety lock through the sliding member and the operating member, reducing the risk of accidental activation, maintaining ease of assembly and disassembly, and also offering the advantage of reduced maintenance costs.

Claims

1. A caster assembly structure, comprising: A connecting seat includes a plurality of connecting portions for fixed connection to an external carrier; a sliding groove has a groove portion, a positioning portion, and an operating port, the groove portion being formed on the side of the connecting portions, the positioning portion being formed on the upper edge of the wall surface of the groove portion, and the operating port being formed on the bottom surface of the groove portion; a mounting portion is formed on the side of the sliding groove; a locking assembly includes: a sliding member having a sliding portion, a mating portion, and a clamping portion, the sliding portion being slidably disposed within the groove portion, the mating portion being formed on the side wall of the sliding portion, and the clamping portion being formed at the end of the sliding portion; an operating member having a body portion, a limiting portion, and a stop portion, the body portion being movably disposed on the sliding portion and protruding from the operating port, the limiting portion being formed on the body portion and for connecting the sliding portion and limiting the range of motion of the body portion, and the stop portion being formed on the body portion and received within the positioning portion; A first elastic element, one end of which is disposed on the sliding part and the other end of which is disposed on the operating part; and a caster assembly having a main body bracket and a pivot shaft, the main body bracket for mounting a wheel body, the pivot shaft being fixed on the main body bracket and connected to the mounting part, such that the main body bracket is connected to one side of the connecting seat, and the pivot shaft having a snap-fit part, and the clamping part being clamped on the snap-fit part; wherein when the main body is pressed, the stop part disengages from the positioning part, allowing the limiting part to drive the clamping part of the sliding part, thereby releasing the fixation of the snap-fit part, allowing the pivot shaft to separate from the mounting part; wherein when the pivot shaft is connected to the mounting part, it pushes the main body to cause the limiting part to drive the clamping part of the sliding part, so that the clamping part is clamped on the snap-fit part, and the first elastic element pushes the main body to make the stop part accommodated in the positioning part to complete the fixation.

2. The caster assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the groove has a cover.

3. The caster assembly structure as described in claim 2, wherein the cover has a notch.

4. The caster assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the sliding part has two limiting walls to prevent the main body from tipping over.

5. The caster assembly structure as described in claim 4, wherein the sliding part has an open end on one side of the limiting wall for assembling and disassembling the operating component.

6. The caster assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the sliding portion has a second elastic element that pushes the clamping portion of the sliding member toward the pivot axis.

7. The caster assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the main support has a shock-absorbing groove, the axle of the wheel is disposed in the shock-absorbing groove through a shock-absorbing element, and one end of the shock-absorbing element abuts against the axle of the wheel.

8. The caster assembly structure as described in claim 7, wherein the main support has a braking mechanism, the braking mechanism having a control member, a plurality of slots and a locking part, the control member being movably disposed on the main support, the slots being formed around the outer side of the axle of the wheel body, and the locking part being formed on the control member and for insertion into each of the slots.

9. The caster assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the sliding part and the movement direction of the body part are perpendicular to each other.
