Abstract

A turning machining device for an in-box machining center includes a body, a mounting portion, at least one first holding portion, at least one second holding portion, and at least one cutting tool. The body has a first surface and a second surface, which are perpendicular to each other. The mounting portion is disposed on the body and is used to connect with a machining spindle. The first holding portion is disposed on the first surface, and the second holding portion is disposed on the second surface. The cutting tool is detachably held in the first holding portion or the second holding portion. Accordingly, by means of the turning configuration of the first surface and the second surface, the cutting tool can perform machining at different angles inside the machine box, thereby improving the machining efficiency and flexibility of in-box machining.

Claims

1. A turning machining device (100) for an in-box machining machine, comprising: a body (10) having a first surface (11) and a second surface (12), wherein the first surface (11) and the second surface (12) are arranged perpendicular to each other; a mounting portion (20) disposed on the body (10) and used to engage with a machining spindle (200); at least one first holding portion (111) disposed on the first surface (11); at least one second holding portion (121) disposed on the second surface (12); and at least one cutting tool (30) detachably held on the first holding portion (111) or the second holding portion (121); thereby, by means of the turning configuration of the first surface (11) and the second surface (12), the cutting tool (30) can perform machining on the interior of the box at different angles.
