Abstract
Claims
1. A flip-top cup lid, comprising: A main body for removably assembling into a container to seal the internal chamber of the container for containing edible liquids; the main body is primarily composed of a top cover forming an annular side portion for connecting the container, the top cover having a through hole for communicating with the chamber; a cover plate located above the top cover and rotatably connected to the top cover, one side of the cover plate forming a fastening portion to fasten the side portion, thereby positioning the cover plate to seal the through hole; a fastener slidably disposed on the top edge of the main body, one side of the fastener facing the cover plate and forming a groove, the cover plate forming a protrusion, the protrusion being inserted into the groove, thereby thereby relatively restricting the cover plate by the fastener.
2. The flip-top cup lid as described in claim 1, wherein the top edge of the lid forms a groove downwards, the fastener is slidably disposed in the groove, the lid forms two groove walls that are laterally opposite each other, the groove is located between the groove walls, each groove wall is laterally recessed with a guide groove, each groove wall and each guide groove extend along the sliding direction of the fastener, the fastener laterally forms two inserts, each insert being embedded in the respective guide groove.
3. The flip-top cup lid as described in claim 2, wherein the top cover forms a support surface located at the bottom edge of the groove, and two limiting blocks are formed upward on the support surface. The fastener includes a slider and two rods, wherein the slider forms the recess, each rod is laterally opposite to each other and located below the slider, each rod extends along the sliding direction of the fastener, and each rod is located above each limiting block. Each rod forms several connecting portions upward to connect to the slider, and each rod forms a protrusion downward. Each protrusion corresponds to each limiting block in the sliding direction of the fastener, thereby positioning the fastener.
4. The flip-top cup lid as described in claim 3, wherein each of the inserts is connected to the respective rod.
5. The flip-top cup lid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top edge of the lid forms an inclined guide surface, and the through hole extends to the lower part of the guide surface in the direction of gravity, thereby guiding the liquid above the guide surface to the through hole.
6. A beverage cup, comprising: A cup-shaped container, the interior of which forms a chamber for containing edible liquids, the chamber extending to the top of the container; A flip-top lid is removably mounted on the top of the container, the flip-top lid being as described in any one of claims 1 to 5.
