Abstract

This invention provides a straw cup with a positionable lid and its lid structure. The straw cup with a positionable lid includes a cup-shaped container, the lid structure, and a straw. The container forms a space, and the lid structure includes a main body, a lid, and a lifting ring. The main body is removably assembled at the top of the container and passes through an insertion hole to communicate with the space. The lid is removably connected to the main body and forms a chamber that communicates with the space through the insertion hole. A groove is formed on the outside of the lid. The lifting ring is pivotally connected to the main body and has a protruding insert. The lid is positioned on the lifting ring by moving away from the main body and inserting into the groove through the insert. The straw enters the space through the insertion hole and extends into the chamber.

Claims

1. A straw cup with a positionable lid, comprising: A cup-shaped container has an internal space for holding an edible liquid, extending to the top of the container; a lid structure includes a main body, a cap-shaped cover, and a handle, wherein the main body is removably assembled at the top of the container and covers the space, and the main body passes through an insertion hole to connect to the space; the cap is detachably connected to the main body, so that the cap cooperates with the main body to close the space, the interior of the cap forms a chamber, the chamber connects to the space through the insertion hole, and the exterior of the cap forms a groove; the handle is rotatably pivotally connected to the main body relative to the main body, and the handle has a protruding insert that fits into the groove, so that the cap is detached from the main body and inserted into the groove by the insert, thereby positioning the cap; a straw enters the space through the insertion hole and extends into the chamber, thereby allowing the liquid to be drunk through the straw.

2. The straw cup with a positionable cap as described in claim 1, wherein the cap is recessed laterally to form the groove.

3. A straw cup with a positionable cap as described in claim 1, wherein the cap is a cylindrical body with a radially circumferentially flattened or geometrically shaped cylindrical body.

4. A straw cup with a positionable cap as described in claim 1, wherein the lifting ring protrudes radially to form the insert.

5. A cup lid structure for mounting on a cup-shaped container to enclose a space inside the container for containing edible liquid; the cup lid structure includes a main body, a cap-shaped cover, and a lifting ring, wherein the main body is removably mounted on the top of the container and covers the space, and the main body has a through-hole for communicating with the space; the cap is detachably connected to the main body and closes the through-hole, thereby enabling the cap to cooperate with the main body to close the space, the interior of the cap forming a chamber communicating with the through-hole, and the exterior of the cap forming a groove; the lifting ring is rotatably pivotally connected to the main body relative to the main body, and the lifting ring has a protruding insert that is adapted to the groove, thereby enabling the cap to be separated from the main body and inserted into the groove by the insert and positioned on the lifting ring, thereby positioning the cap.

6. The cup lid construction as described in claim 5, wherein the lid is recessed laterally to form the groove.

7. The cup lid construction as described in claim 5, wherein the lid is a cylindrical body with a radially circumferentially flattened or geometrically shaped body.

8. The cup lid construction as described in claim 5, wherein the lifting ring protrudes radially to form the insert.
