Abstract

This invention provides a straw cup and its lid structure. The straw cup includes a container, the lid structure, and a straw. The lid structure includes a main body, a cap, a mouthpiece, and a sliding buckle. The main body is removably connected to the container and has a vent hole and a through hole respectively communicating with the interior of the container. The cap is rotatably connected to the main body to cover the vent hole. The mouthpiece is rotatably connected to the main body and faces the through hole, so that the mouthpiece communicates with the through hole. The sliding buckle is reciprocally disposed on the mouthpiece and forms an insertion part and a stop part, thereby positioning the cap. The straw is connected to the main body and enters the container, so that the liquid enters the mouthpiece through the straw.

Claims

1. A straw cup, comprising: A cup-shaped container forming a chamber for holding edible liquid; a cup lid structure including a body, a lid, a spout, and a sliding fastener, wherein the body is removably connected to the container to cover the chamber, the body having a vent hole and a through hole respectively communicating with the chamber, the top edge of the body forming a downward-facing groove, the body forming a first wall constituting the groove wall on the side of the groove near the vent hole, the body forming a recessed groove from the first wall toward the vent hole; the lid is connected to the body and rotatable relative to the body, the lid being used to rest against the top edge of the body and cover the vent hole; the spout is connected to the body and rotatable relative to the body, the spout being disposed in the groove, with one end facing the through hole, thereby allowing the spout to communicate with the through hole; The sliding buckle is located on the nozzle and can reciprocate along the nozzle towards or away from the first wall. The sliding buckle forms an insertion part for embedding into the groove, thereby restricting the rotation of the nozzle by the body through the groove, thus positioning the nozzle to remain in a state where it is not connected to the through hole. The sliding buckle forms a stop part extending to the top edge of the cap, thereby restricting the rotation of the cap, thereby positioning the cap to remain in a state where it covers the vent hole. A straw is connected to the body and enters the chamber, and the straw enters the through hole, thereby allowing the liquid to enter the nozzle through the straw.

2. The straw cup as described in claim 1, wherein the sliding buckle is an annular structure that loops around the mouthpiece.

3. The straw cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body forms two second walls, each of the second walls being laterally opposite to each other and forming the wall of the receiving cavity, the cap forming two arms pivotally connected to each of the second walls, and the mouthpiece extending between the arms.

4. A cup lid structure for placement on a cup-shaped container to seal a chamber inside the container for containing an edible liquid; the cup lid structure comprising: A main body for removably connecting to the container to shield the chamber, the main body having a vent hole and a through hole for connecting to the chamber, the top edge of the main body forming a groove downwards, the main body forming a first wall, the first wall constituting the groove wall on the side of the groove near the vent hole, the main body forming a recess from the first wall toward the vent hole; a cap connected to the main body and rotatable relative to the main body, the cap for resting against the top edge of the main body and shielding the vent hole; a suction nozzle connected to the main body and rotatable relative to the main body, the suction nozzle being disposed in the groove, with one end facing the through hole, thereby allowing the suction nozzle to connect to the through hole; A sliding latch is provided on the suction nozzle and can reciprocate along the suction nozzle in a direction approaching or away from the first wall. The sliding latch forms an insertion part for embedding into the groove, thereby restricting the rotation of the suction nozzle through the groove, thereby positioning the suction nozzle to remain in a state of not communicating with the through hole. The sliding latch forms a stop part extending to the top edge of the cap, thereby restricting the rotation of the cap, thereby positioning the cap to remain in a state of blocking the vent hole.

5. The cup lid construction as described in claim 4, wherein the sliding fastener is an annular structure that loops around the spout.

6. The cup lid structure as described in claim 4, wherein the body forms two second walls, each of the second walls being laterally opposite to each other and forming the groove wall of the receiving groove, the lid forming two arms pivotally connected to each of the second walls, and the nozzle extending between the arms.
