Abstract
Claims
1. A ceiling panel support structure for a lift platform, mounted on a telescopic rod of a lift platform, comprising: A main arm mechanism includes a main arm having a plurality of extension slots formed along its extension direction; a plurality of extension arm mechanisms movably inserted into each of the extension slots and used to selectively adjust the extension length at both ends of the main arm, wherein each extension arm mechanism includes: an extension arm having an extension receiving groove; a first stop assembly pivotally connected to one end of the extension arm, including: a first pin passing through the extension receiving groove in a vertical direction and assembled on the extension arm; a first elastic member sleeved on the outer periphery of the first pin; and a first stop plate, L-shaped, one end of which is inserted into the extension receiving groove and presses against the first elastic member, and is pivotally connected to the extension arm in conjunction with the first pin; a plurality of extension arm positioning mechanisms, respectively disposed on the main arm and the extension arm, corresponding to each of the extension slots, for positioning the extension position of the extension arm; and a plurality of telescopic arm mechanisms pivotally connected to both sides of the main arm, wherein each telescopic arm mechanism includes: An outer tube, one end of which is pivotally connected to the main arm, and has an outer tube shaft hole; an inner tube, one end of which is movably disposed within the outer tube shaft hole, and has an inner tube shaft hole; a second stop assembly, pivotally connected to one end of the inner tube, comprising: a second pin, which passes through the inner tube shaft hole in a vertical direction and is disposed in the inner tube; a second elastic member, which is sleeved on the outer periphery of the second pin and accommodated within the inner tube shaft hole; and a second stop plate, which is L-shaped, one end of which is disposed in the inner tube shaft hole and presses against the second elastic member, and is pivotally connected to the inner tube in conjunction with the second pin; and a plurality of telescopic arm positioning mechanisms, respectively corresponding to the matched inner tube and the outer tube assembly, for positioning the telescopic position of the inner tube.

The ceiling panel support frame structure of the elevator platform type as described in claim 1, wherein each of the extension arm positioning mechanisms includes: A plurality of first main arm pivot holes are formed through the lower end face of the main arm and are respectively connected to different extension slots; a plurality of first spring pins are disposed on the main arm corresponding to the positions of the first main arm pivot holes and protrude into the corresponding extension slots; and a plurality of first positioning holes are formed through the lower end face of the extension arm to provide each of the first spring pins for selective insertion.

The lifting platform type ceiling panel support frame structure as described in claim 1, wherein the first baffle has a first horizontal section and a first vertical section erected on the first horizontal section and disposed on the outside of the extension arm, wherein the first horizontal section is partially inserted into the extension groove and presses against the first elastic member, and the first horizontal section has a first through hole for the first pin to pass through.

The ceiling panel support frame structure of the lifting platform type as described in claim 1, wherein each telescopic arm positioning mechanism includes: A plurality of inner tube positioning holes are formed through the lower end face of the inner tube; and a second spring pin is provided in the outer tube and protrudes into the shaft hole of the outer tube, and is selectively inserted into one of the inner tube positioning holes.

The lifting platform type ceiling support frame structure as described in claim 4, wherein the second baffle has a second horizontal section and a second vertical section erected on the second horizontal section and disposed on the outside of the inner tube, wherein the second horizontal section is partially inserted into the shaft hole of the inner tube and presses against the second elastic member, and has a second through hole for the second pin to pass through.

A ceiling panel support structure for a lift platform, corresponding to a telescopic rod of a lift platform, comprising: A main arm mechanism includes a main arm having a plurality of extension slots formed along its extension direction; a plurality of extension arm mechanisms, movably inserted into each of the extension slots, and used to selectively adjust the extension length of both ends of the main arm, wherein each extension arm mechanism includes: an extension arm having an extension receiving slot; a first stop assembly pivotally connected to a predetermined end of the extension arm, including: a first pin extending through the extension receiving slot in a vertical direction and disposed on the extension arm; a first elastic member sleeved on the outer periphery of the first pin; and a first stop plate, L-shaped, one end of which is inserted into the extension receiving slot and presses against the first elastic member, and is pivotally connected to the extension arm in conjunction with the first pin; at least one first sleeve disposed at a predetermined end of the extension arm and selectively configured with the first stop assembly; and a plurality of extension arm positioning mechanisms disposed on the main arm and the extension arm and corresponding to each of the extension slots, used to position the extension and retraction positions of each extension arm; A plurality of telescopic arm mechanisms are pivotally connected to both sides of the main arm, each telescopic arm mechanism comprising: an outer tube, one end of which is pivotally connected to the main arm and has an outer tube shaft hole; an inner tube, one end of which is movably disposed within the outer tube shaft hole and has an inner tube shaft hole; a second stop assembly, pivotally connected to one end of the predetermined inner tube, comprising: a second pin, which passes through the inner tube shaft hole in a vertical direction and is disposed in the inner tube; a second elastic member, which is sleeved on the outer periphery of the second pin and accommodated within the inner tube shaft hole; a second stop plate, which is L-shaped, one end of which is disposed in the inner tube shaft hole and presses against the second elastic member, and is pivotally connected to the inner tube in conjunction with the second pin; and at least one round-headed bolt, disposed at the top end of the predetermined inner tube. At least one second cover is provided at the end of the inner tube; and a plurality of telescopic arm positioning mechanisms are respectively provided for the matching inner tube and outer tube assembly to position the telescopic position of the inner tube.

The ceiling support frame structure for elevator slabs as described in claim 8, wherein: Each of the extension arm positioning mechanisms includes: a plurality of first main arm pivot holes, formed through the lower end face of the main arm and respectively connected to different extension slots; a plurality of first spring pins, located on the main arm corresponding to the positions of the first main arm pivot holes and protruding into the corresponding extension slots; and a plurality of first positioning holes, formed through the lower end face of the extension arm, providing each of the first spring pins for selective insertion into one of them; each of the telescopic arm positioning mechanisms includes: a plurality of inner tube positioning holes, formed through the lower end face of the inner tube; and a second spring pin, located on the outer tube and protruding into the outer tube shaft hole, selectively inserted into one of the inner tube positioning holes.

The lifting platform type ceiling support frame structure as described in claim 9, wherein the first baffle has a first horizontal section and a first vertical section erected on the first horizontal section and disposed on the outside of the extension arm, wherein the first horizontal section is partially inserted into the extension groove and presses against the first elastic member, and the first horizontal section has a first through hole for the first pin to pass through.
