Abstract
Claims
1. An AI collaborative orchestration conflict governance system based on trust weighting and structured verification, comprising: a conflict detection module that monitors the outputs of multiple AI agent units and detects at least one conflict among these outputs; a challenge agreement manager that executes a structured mutual verification process when the detected conflict exceeds a risk threshold; a risk signal aggregator that weights the AI agent unit based on a trust score and a confidence level to generate a comprehensive governance risk score for each AI agent unit; wherein the conflict detection module is connected to the risk signal aggregator via the challenge agreement manager; and a governance decision synthesizer that produces a final governance decision based on the comprehensive governance risk score and submits it to a human review unit for review when consensus cannot be reached among the AI agent units or the confidence level is lower than a preset value.
2. The AI collaborative orchestration conflict governance system based on trust weighting and structured verification as described in Request 1, wherein the conflict situation includes direct contradictions, disagreements in strategy interpretation, confidence gaps, time inconsistencies, and sudden risk modes.
3. The AI-based collaborative orchestration conflict governance system based on trust weighting and structured verification as described in Request 1, wherein the conflict detection module performs a sudden risk pattern detection by maintaining a cumulative risk score across a series of individual compliance behaviors, and triggers a governance audit process when the cumulative risk score exceeds an organizational threshold.
4. The AI collaborative orchestration conflict governance system based on trust weighting and structured verification as described in claim 1 further includes a proxy unit registry, which contains relevant information about the AI proxy units. The dynamic trust score in the proxy unit registry is updated based on the post-verification of each AI proxy unit. When the post-verification is confirmed, the trust score of the AI proxy unit is increased; when the post-verification is rejected, the trust score of the AI proxy unit is decreased.
5. The AI collaborative orchestration conflict governance system based on trust weighting and structured verification as described in claim 1 further includes a multi-agent unit state association subsystem for detecting whether a group deviation occurs in the coordination behavior among these AI agent units. When a group deviation occurs in the coordination behavior, the multi-agent unit state association subsystem triggers an automatic reporting and investigation process. The multi-agent unit state association subsystem is connected in series with at least one of the challenge agreement manager and the governance decision synthesizer, so that the automatic reporting and investigation process affects the structured mutual verification process and / or the final governance decision.
6. The AI collaborative orchestration conflict governance system based on trust weighting and structured verification as described in claim 1, wherein the conflict status, the structured verification exchange process, the comprehensive governance risk score result, and the final governance decision are recorded in a tamper-proof evidence package, enabling the governance process of these AI agent units to provide point-to-point traceability.
