Abstract

This invention provides a high-elasticity, cooling-feel mesh fabric and garment. The mesh of this high-elasticity, cooling-feel mesh fabric has a row-style mesh structure. This fabric is a woven material, made from 80D high-shrinkage yarn, 50D polyethylene, and 50D low-elasticity yarn. The row-style mesh structure is rectangular, with the rows of mesh repeating at 2.5mm in the warp and 3mm in the weft. This invention, through its high-density coil structure and breathable mesh spacing, with parallel and intersecting lines, creates a rich sense of rhythm and structural beauty. The resulting garment is comfortable and dry to the touch, breathable and sweat-wicking without clinging to the body, and possesses cooling, vaporization-cooling, and UV-resistant properties. It is easy to wear and has strong performance characteristics, distinguishing it from conventional moisture-wicking fabrics.

Claims

1. A high-elasticity, cool-feeling mesh fabric, wherein the mesh fabric has a row-type mesh structure; the mesh fabric is a woven fabric, wherein the mesh fabric is composed of 80D high-shrinkage yarn, 50D polyethylene and 50D low-elasticity yarn; the mesh fabric has a rectangular structure, and the mesh of the mesh fabric is woven in a repeating pattern of 2.5 mm in the warp and 3 mm in the weft.

The high-elasticity cool-feel mesh fabric as described in claim 1, wherein the molecular structure of the 80D high-shrinkage yarn exhibits a reversible state of relaxation and tension under external force, and its elastic recovery is superior to that of nylon and polyester under low load or humid conditions; the dyeing performance of the 80D high-shrinkage yarn is superior to that of polyester fiber, with uniform and stable color; the 80D high-shrinkage yarn combines the weather resistance and dimensional stability of polyester fiber, making it suitable for use in high-elasticity parts, as well as for fabrics with high requirements for texture and durability.

3. The high-elasticity, cool-feeling mesh fabric as described in claim 1, wherein the mesh fabric is woven on a single-sided machine, the 80D high-shrinkage yarn has 7 feed lines, the 50D polyethylene yarn has 2 feed lines, and the 50D low-elasticity yarn has 1 feed line.

The high-elasticity cool-feel mesh fabric as described in claim 2, wherein the machine used to weave the mesh fabric is a 30-inch 28-needle single-sided machine, and the first row sequence in the needle triangle diagram woven by the 30-inch 28-needle single-sided machine is float, tucking, and forming a loop, and the remaining rows in the needle triangle diagram are all forming loops.

5. The high-elasticity cool-feel mesh fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the percentages of the 80D high-shrinkage yarn, the 50D polyethylene and the 50D low-elasticity yarn are 83%, 14% and 3%, respectively.

6. The high-elasticity, cool-feel mesh fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the warp density of the mesh fabric is 40 to 45 stitches per inch and the weft density is 40 to 45 stitches per inch.

7. The high-elasticity, cool-feeling mesh fabric as described in claim 4, wherein the weight of the mesh fabric is between 120g / and 140g / .

The high-elasticity, cool-feel mesh fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the 80D high-shrinkage yarn is a composite elastic fiber including polyester fiber components, the 50D polyethylene is a composite elastic fiber including polyethylene components, and the 50D low-elasticity yarn is a composite elastic fiber including polyester fiber components.

9. A garment comprising a highly elastic, cool-feeling mesh fabric as described in any one of claims 1 to 8.
