Abstract

This invention relates to a computer-aided design engineering drawing signature system, comprising a user interface unit, a database, a processing unit, and an email server. The processing unit is communicatively connected to the user interface unit, the database, and the email server. The user interface unit provides different operation interfaces for designers creating engineering drawings and reviewers responsible for reviewing the drawings to log in and operate. The processing unit automatically converts the electronic engineering drawing uploaded by the designer into an electronic document and the signature information to be added, based on the designer's operation instructions. During the drawing review and approval process, the processing unit embeds the signatures of both the reviewer and the designer into the electronic document according to the reviewer's operation instructions. The review process, as well as the completed electronic engineering drawing files and corresponding electronic documents, are recorded in the database for easy retrieval and query in the future, improving the inconvenience caused by the multiple back-and-forth operations during the review process of traditional paper drawings.

A computer-aided design engineering drawing signing system, comprising: a user interface unit providing multiple different operation interfaces for a designer and a reviewer to input commands to conduct a review process on a drawing document to be reviewed; a database storing multiple forms for recording at least one person's identity information of the designer, one person's identity information of the reviewer, and the drawing document to be reviewed; and a processing unit connected to the user interface unit and the database, wherein...
