Abstract

An electronic device includes a main body and a button assembly. The button assembly includes a base, a first button portion, a second button portion, and a resilient member. The base is disposed on the main body and has a hole. The first button portion is movably connected to the base and has a post extending toward the base. The first button portion is adapted to move in a moving direction to a first position or a second position. The second button portion is movably connected to the base in the moving direction, with a portion of the first button portion located between the base and the second button portion. The resilient member is disposed between the first button portion and the second button portion. When the post is inserted into the hole, the first button portion is located in the first position with a step difference between it and the second button portion. When the post is misaligned in the hole, the post is adapted to abut against the base so that the first button portion is located in the second position without a step difference between it and the second button portion.

Claims

1. An electronic device comprising: One main body; And a button assembly, including: a body disposed on the body and having at least two holes; A first button portion movably connected to the base and having at least two pillars extending toward the base, the first button portion being adapted to move along a moving direction to a first position or a second position; a second button portion movably connected to the base along the moving direction, a portion of the first button portion being located between the base and the second button portion; and an elastic member disposed between the first button portion and the second button portion, wherein when the at least two pillars extend into the at least two holes, the first button portion is located at the first position and there is a step difference between it and the second button portion, and when the at least two pillars are misaligned in the at least two holes, the at least two pillars are adapted to abut against the base so that the first button portion is located at the second position and there is no step difference between it and the second button portion.

2. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the button assembly further includes a first magnetic member and a second magnetic member, the first magnetic member being disposed on the base, and the second magnetic member being disposed on the second button portion and corresponding to the first magnetic member.

3. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second button portion includes a driving portion, the first button portion includes a driven portion, and the second button portion is adapted to drive the first button portion to move along the moving direction by the driving portion abutting against the driven portion.

4. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base includes a protrusion, the second button portion includes a sleeve, the protrusion extending in the direction of movement and located within the sleeve.

5. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base has a positioning hole, and the second button portion includes a positioning post that extends along the movement direction and corresponds to the positioning hole.

6. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base has a first through hole and the second button portion includes a rib adapted to extend into the first through hole.

7. The electronic device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the base includes a first stop portion and the rib includes a second stop portion, wherein when the second button portion moves away from the base portion along the moving direction, the first stop portion is adapted to stop the second stop portion.

8. The electronic device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first button portion has a second through hole and the rib is located within the second through hole.

9. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the base has a groove located between the first stop and the first through hole, and the second stop is adapted to slide in the groove.

10. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the base includes an annular side and a protrusion that protrudes from the annular side in a direction away from the base.
