Abstract

This invention relates to a clutch pivot hole protection structure, comprising a base, a plurality of protective sleeves, and a plurality of clutch shoes. The base has a plurality of locating shafts, and each protective sleeve is assembled on the outer periphery of each locating shaft. Each protective sleeve has a through hole for the locating shaft to pass through and is made of a material with low friction and high wear resistance. Each clutch shoe has a pivot hole at one end, which is fitted onto the outer periphery of the protective sleeve. By using the protective sleeve as an intermediary structure between the clutch shoe and the locating shaft, friction and wear caused by traditional direct metal-to-metal contact can be effectively reduced, and the problem of bore expansion and deformation under long-term use can be prevented. Furthermore, the protective sleeve can reduce rotational resistance and improve operational smoothness, thereby extending the service life of clutch components and improving overall operational stability, thus achieving a practical improvement in clutch quality.

Claims

1. A clutch pivot hole protection structure, comprising: a base on which a plurality of positioning shafts are provided; a plurality of protective sleeves, each protective sleeve being made of a material with low friction and high wear resistance, and each protective sleeve having a through hole, the inner wall of the through hole defining an inner circumferential wall, the inner circumferential wall being for pivotal contact with the outer circumferential surface of each positioning shaft, and the outer circumferential wall of each protective sleeve defining an outer circumferential wall; and a plurality of shoe blocks, one end of each shoe block having a pivot hole, each pivot hole being pivotally fitted onto the outer circumferential wall of each protective sleeve, such that the outer circumferential wall of each protective sleeve pivotally contacts the inner wall of each pivot hole, and each adjacent shoe block being interconnected by a tension spring.

2. The clutch pivot hole protection structure as described in claim 1, wherein each of the protective sleeves is a self-lubricating bearing.

3. The clutch pivot hole protection structure as described in claim 1, wherein each of the shoe blocks is provided with a first fixed end and a second fixed end, and the tension spring has a first set of end and a second set of end, the first set of end being disposed at the first fixed end of one of the shoe blocks, and the second set of end being disposed at the second fixed end of the other shoe block.

4. The clutch pivot hole protection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the base surface is provided with a plurality of buffer blocks for buffering and stopping each of the shoe blocks when they pivot, the base surface is provided with a plurality of fixing parts, each buffer block is provided with a fixing hole for each fixing part to pass through and fix; each shoe block is provided with a groove corresponding to the position of each buffer block, so that each groove is buffered and abutted against each buffer block when the shoe block pivots.

5. The clutch pivot hole protection structure as described in claim 4, wherein each of the buffer blocks is made of rubber or silicone.
