Lint roller with adjustable adhesion angle

Abstract

An adjustable lint roller includes a handle, a fixing plate, a roller cover assembly, and a film roll. The handle is pivotally connected to the fixing plate, and the roller cover assembly is detachably disposed between the fixing plate and the film roll. A groove is formed at the top of the handle for connecting the fixing plate. The fixing plate includes an outer surface, from which a protrusion extends, the protrusion being inclined relative to the outer surface. Before assembling the handle and the fixing plate, the protrusion of the fixing plate is inclined downwards, and after assembling the handle, the entire fixing plate is inclined downwards relative to the handle. Conversely, before assembling the handle and the fixing plate, the fixing plate is rotated to tilt its protrusion upwards, and after assembling the handle, the entire fixing plate is inclined upwards relative to the handle.

Claims

1. An adjustable lint roller, comprising a handle, a fixing plate, a roller cover assembly, and a film roll; the handle is pivotally connected to the fixing plate, and the roller cover assembly is detachably disposed between the fixing plate and the film roll; a groove is formed at the top of the handle for connecting the fixing plate; the fixing plate includes an outer surface, from which a protrusion extends, the protrusion being inclined relative to the outer surface; the protrusion is embedded in the groove of the handle to connect the two; before assembling the handle and the fixing plate, the protrusion of the fixing plate is inclined downwards, and after assembling the handle, the entire fixing plate is inclined downwards relative to the handle; conversely, before assembling the handle and the fixing plate, the fixing plate is rotated to tilt its protrusion upwards, and after assembling the handle, the entire fixing plate is inclined upwards relative to the handle, thus presenting two different usage modes at different angles.

The adjustable lint roller as described in claim 1, wherein the groove includes a bottom surface and a wall surface surrounding the bottom surface; a protrusion extends from the upper and lower ends of the wall surface toward the center of the groove, one end of each protrusion forming an opening with the wall surface; and the other end extends toward the bottom surface to form a stop; a track is formed between the protrusion, the opening, the stop, and the bottom surface; the bottom surface further includes a protrusion.

The adjustable lint roller as described in claim 2, wherein the protrusion includes two sliding pieces and an annular groove; wherein the two sliding pieces extend outwardly in parallel from the upper and lower ends of the protrusion; when the protrusion of the fixing plate is inserted into the groove of the handle, the two sliding pieces of the protrusion enter the track from the opening of the groove of the handle respectively; when the handle rotates, the two sliding pieces move in the track until they are stopped by the stop portion to complete the combination of the handle and the fixing plate; when the handle is combined with the fixing plate, the protrusion on the bottom surface of the handle is positioned and moves in the annular groove to prevent the handle from falling off.

4. The adjustable lint roller as described in claim 1, wherein the fixing plate further includes an inner surface forming two fixing seats for fixing the roller cover assembly.

The adjustable lint roller as described in claim 4, wherein each of the fixing seats includes a fastening portion and a disassembly portion; the fastening portion has a hole for accommodating the roller cover assembly; the disassembly portion extends from the outer edge of the fastening portion to assist the user in easily disassembling the roller cover assembly and the film roll.

The adjustable lint roller as described in claim 5, wherein the roller cover assembly comprises two covers, each cover comprising a fastener and a mounting portion; the fastener is mounted on the fastened portion of the fixing plate, and the mounting portion is used to connect one end of the film roll; when the two covers are respectively mounted on both ends of the film roll, they form a roller and are mounted on the fixing base and roll relative to it.
