Abstract

This invention discloses a tamper-proof, anti-loosening, and leak-proof paper beverage cup, comprising a lid that interlocks with the paper cup body. The upper edge of the paper cup body has an outwardly rolled edge with a curved cross-section. The lid includes a top surface and a side edge connected to the periphery of the top surface. The side edge includes an inner wall and an outer wall, with a frame groove between the outer wall and the inner wall to accommodate the rolled edge of the cup body. The inner side of the outer wall has a rib for locking the rolled edge of the cup body, and the outer wall of the side edge has a through groove and a pin that engage with each other. The pin is pivotally connected to the outside of the lid and is inserted into the bottom of the rolled edge through the through groove, securing the lid to the rolled edge of the cup body. The cross-section of the pin matches the through groove, and the outer side of the pin has barbs that engage with the side edge of the through groove. This invention secures the lid to the cup body without relying on the gap between the rolled edge and the cup body, and the rolled edge tolerance no longer affects the lid connection. It is applicable to any single-layer or double-layer paper cup with rolled edges.

Claims

1.
