Abstract

An industrial drying oven includes a chamber, an air outlet unit, and a control unit. The chamber defines a placement space for placing an item, an exhaust vent, and an air inlet, and includes a plurality of placement racks. The air outlet unit includes a fan and a heating element. The control unit includes a start-up module for power supply, a timing module for setting the operating time, a temperature sensor for detecting temperature information, and a temperature control module. The temperature control module activates the heating element when the temperature information is below a preset threshold and deactivates the heating element when the temperature information reaches the preset threshold. In addition to setting the drying time using the timing module to prevent overheating, the combination of the temperature sensor and the temperature control module regulates the hot and cold air circulation to ensure the safe maintenance of the item.

Claims

1. An industrial drying oven, comprising: a chamber defining a placement space suitable for placing an item, an exhaust vent connecting the placement space to the outside, and an air inlet connecting the placement space, and including a plurality of placement racks detachably mounted in the placement space; An air outlet unit connected to the housing includes a fan installed at the air inlet for guiding air to the placement space, and a heating element disposed on the fan for guiding hot air; and a control unit electrically connected to the air outlet unit, including a start-up module adapted to be electrically connected to an external power source and conduct power, a timing module electrically connected to the start-up module for setting the operating time of the start-up module, a temperature sensor disposed in the placement space for detecting temperature information, and a temperature control module signal-connected to the temperature sensor and electrically connected to the heating element.
