Abstract

A drain head structure, applied to a drainage channel, includes an annular column, which is hollow and has upper and lower open ends. The annular column also has a positioning part and a sidewall. The positioning part and the sidewall are connected to each other, forming an accommodating space between them. The sidewall further has a plurality of water guide plates, which are arranged in a ring and spaced apart at the lower edge of the positioning part, with adjacent water guide plates forming filter holes. The plurality of water guide plates are used to contact the drainage sidewall of the drainage channel to mount the drain head structure onto the drain outlet. The purpose of this invention is to achieve quick assembly and disassembly without occupying the effective space of the drain outlet through the interference fit between the drain head structure and the drain outlet, thus ensuring that drainage efficiency is not affected.

Claims

1. A drainage head structure, comprising: A ring-shaped cylinder (1) is hollow and has an upper open end (11) and a lower open end (12). The ring-shaped cylinder (1) also includes: a positioning part (13) which is arranged around the upper open end (11) of the ring-shaped cylinder (1); a side wall (14) connected to the positioning part (13), forming an accommodating space (S) between the positioning part (13) and the side wall (14); the side wall (14) is composed of a plurality of water-guiding plates (141), which are arranged around and spaced apart at the lower edge (131) of the positioning part, and a filter hole (142) is formed between two adjacent water-guiding plates (141); wherein... The upper end of each of the water guides (141) is connected to the lower edge (131) of the positioning part. The sides and lower ends of each pair of adjacent water guides (141) are not connected to each other. The plurality of water guides (141) are used to contact a drainage sidewall (22) of a drainage channel (200).

2. The drain head structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The outer side of the plurality of water guide vanes (141) is in contact with the inner side of the drainage sidewall (22).

3. The drain head structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The diameter (D1) of a positioning part is slightly larger than the diameter (D2) of a drainage channel (200).

4. The drain head structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The plurality of filter holes (142) extend from the lower edge (131) of the positioning part to the lower opening end (12) of the annular column (1) and form a plurality of notches (143).

5. The drain head structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The plurality of water-guiding plates (141) are an elastic structure, which is a polyoxymethylene (POM) sheet and / or a stainless steel sheet formed of a polyoxymethylene (POM) sheet and / or a stainless steel sheet.

6. The drain head structure as described in claim 3, wherein, The diameter (D1) of the positioning part is larger than the diameter of the upper opening end (11).

7. The drain head structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The annular column (1) also has a cover (15) which is disposed at the upper open end (11) and the cover (15) is in contact with the positioning part (13).

8. The drain head structure as described in claim 7, wherein, The positioning part (13), the side wall (14) and the cover (15) are integrally formed.
