Abstract

A toothed cap includes a top surface, an outer side, and an inner side. The top surface is annular, with the outer and inner sides respectively located on the outer and inner sides of the top surface. Multiple flame holes are evenly distributed on the top surface, and multiple oblique grooves are added to guide water flow and reduce flame hole blockage. Furthermore, the oblique grooves can form a vortex guiding structure and improve mixing uniformity. Additionally, an inner short-side slope can be provided to effectively allow inner air to flow to the outer flame holes, increasing the gas mixing rate.

Claims

1. A toothed cap, comprising: The toothed cap has a top surface that is annular and inclined, with its height gradually decreasing from the inside to the outside; an outer side located on the outer side of the top surface; and an inner side located on the inner side of the top surface. The top surface has multiple flame holes and multiple oblique grooves. The flame holes extend from the top surface into the interior of the toothed cap. The oblique grooves are recessed into the top surface and are spaced apart, each located between the flame holes. The oblique grooves gradually decrease in height from the inside to the outside, and both ends of each oblique groove form an opening.

2. The toothed cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The plurality of flame holes are distributed on the top surface of the tooth cover, and some of the plurality of flame holes are located near the inner and outer sides of the top surface of the tooth cover.

3. The toothed cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The plurality of oblique grooves are arc-shaped grooves, which form a vortex guiding structure.

4. The toothed cover as described in claim 3, wherein, The oblique groove extends along a circle of a certain diameter, and the starting point and ending point of the oblique groove form an angle with the center of the tooth cover. The diameter is 50mm to 70mm, and the angle is 10 to 13 degrees.

5. The toothed cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The top surface of the tooth cover forms an angle with a horizontal plane, the angle being 20 to 40 degrees.

6. The toothed cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The top side of the tooth cover is provided with an inner short side inclined surface. The inner short side inclined surface is located between the top surface of the tooth cover and the inner side. The inner short side inclined surface is annular in shape and inclined in an inclined state. The height of the inner short side inclined surface gradually decreases from the outside to the inside.

7. The toothed cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The tooth cover is provided with a plurality of auxiliary flame holes, which are respectively located at one end of the plurality of oblique grooves near the center of the tooth cover, and the plurality of auxiliary flame holes extend from the top surface of the tooth cover into the interior of the tooth cover.

8. A combined burner, comprising: The toothed cover as described in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the toothed cover is made of copper and a base is made of aluminum, the toothed cover is disposed on the base, the toothed cover and the base are joined together, the base has an annular flow channel inside, the annular flow channel is connected to a first inlet, the toothed cover is placed on the annular flow channel, and the combustion gas can be delivered to the annular flow channel through the first inlet, so that the combustion gas can be output outward through the plurality of flame holes.

9. The combined burner as claimed in claim 8, wherein, It also includes an inner ring toothed cover and an inner ring base. The inner ring base is disposed inside the base and is concentrically arranged with the base. The inner ring base is made of aluminum and has an inner ring annular flow channel inside. The inner ring annular flow channel is connected to a second inlet. The inner ring toothed cover is made of copper and is placed on the inner ring annular flow channel. The top side of the inner ring toothed cover has multiple inner ring flame holes. The multiple inner ring flame holes extend from the top side of the inner ring toothed cover to the interior of the inner ring toothed cover. The combustion gas can be transported to the inner ring annular flow channel through the second inlet, so that the combustion gas can be output outward through the multiple inner ring flame holes.

10. The combined burner as claimed in claim 9, wherein, The inner ring base and the base are integrally formed.
