Abstract

A security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard includes at least one mobile device, a duty module, an integration module, and a monitoring station. The mobile device is configured to record the location coordinates of a patrol personnel and duty operation data, and continuously transmit the location coordinates of the mobile device. The duty module is communicatively connected to the mobile device and is configured to store multiple customer location data and receive the location coordinates and duty operation data transmitted back by the mobile device. The integration module is communicatively connected to the duty module and is configured to generate a real-time status, wherein the real-time status includes a duty area marker and a dispatch information. The duty area marker is generated based on the location coordinates of the patrol personnel and the corresponding customer location data, and the dispatch information is generated based on the location coordinates of the patrol personnel and the duty operation data. The monitoring station is communicatively connected to the integration module and includes a display unit configured to display the real-time status.

Claims

1. A security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard, comprising: At least one mobile device configured to record a location coordinate and operational data of a patrol officer, and continuously transmit the location coordinate of the mobile device; a service module communicatively connected to the mobile device, configured to store multiple customer location data, and receive the location coordinate and operational data transmitted back by the mobile device; an integration module communicatively connected to the service module, configured to generate a real-time status, wherein the real-time status includes a patrol area marker and dispatch information, the patrol area marker being generated based on the location coordinate of the patrol officer and the corresponding customer location data, and the dispatch information being generated based on the location coordinate of the patrol officer and the operational data; and a monitoring station communicatively connected to the integration module, the monitoring station including a display unit configured to display the real-time status.

2. The security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard as described in claim 1, wherein the mobile device has a patrol officer application configured to respond to the triggering of an arrival key, and to add a work progress entry to the duty operation data, and record the location coordinates of the patrol officer to establish a geographic fence.

3. As described in claim 2, a security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard, wherein in response to the patrol personnel's location coordinates exceeding the geographical fence, the patrol personnel application is configured to determine the work progress as an "away" status and transmit it to the duty module.

4. The security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard as described in claim 2, wherein the radius of the geographical fence is 1000 meters or greater than 1000 meters.

5. The security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard as described in Request 1, wherein the monitoring station includes a patrol status processing unit, and the patrol status processing unit is configured to trigger an alarm notification in response to a processing time exceeding a preset time threshold for at least one item of the dispatch information.

6. The security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard as described in Request 1, wherein the display unit includes a first display representing a ready-to-go status, a second display representing a processing status, a third display representing a standby status, and a fourth display representing an abnormal status, wherein the first display, the second display, the third display, and the fourth display correspond to different real-time statuses.

7. The security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard as described in claim 1, wherein the display unit of the monitoring station has multiple duty zone display blocks, so that the monitoring station can perform anomaly determination of the patrol personnel's attendance status based on the dispatch information.

8. The security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard as described in claim 1, wherein the security monitoring system is configured to be integrated into a vehicle-mounted emergency alarm system, and in response to the patrol personnel not pressing an emergency button within a preset test time after their shift, the display unit of the monitoring station is configured to display an alarm message window.

9. The security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard as described in claim 1, wherein when the monitoring station determines that the current time is a preset reminder period away from a predetermined off-duty time of the patrol personnel, the display unit of the monitoring station is configured to display a duty end reminder message.

10. The security monitoring system with an automatic duty status determination dashboard as described in claim 9, wherein in response to the monitoring station determining that the current time has exceeded the scheduled off-duty time of the patrol personnel and receiving a duty logout signal corresponding to the patrol personnel, the display unit of the monitoring station is configured to display a duty overdue message.
