Abstract

A quick-release positioning mechanism includes a positioning seat suitable for connecting to a ground structure, a base suitable for connecting to a frame, and a locking member. The positioning seat has a first locking hole extending in a first direction. The base is detachably disposed on the positioning seat and has a second locking hole extending through in the first direction. The locking member is detachably disposed through the first and second locking holes and can switch between a locked state and an unlocked state. In the locked state, the locking member is disposed through the first and second locking holes to limit the base. In the unlocked state, the locking member moves away from the first locking hole, allowing the base to move relative to the positioning seat. Using this design, the quick-release positioning mechanism can quickly switch between unlocked and locked states, and the frame can be quickly released, reset, and repositioned.

Claims

1. A quick-release positioning mechanism, suitable for a ground structure and a frame, comprising: a positioning seat adapted to be connected to the ground structure and having a first locking hole extending in a first direction; a base adapted to be connected to the frame and detachably disposed on the positioning seat, the base having a second locking hole extending through in the first direction; and a locking member detachably disposed through the first locking hole of the positioning seat and the second locking hole of the base, wherein... The locking member can switch between a locked state and an unlocked state relative to the positioning seat and the base. In the locked state, the locking member passes through the first locking hole and the second locking hole to limit the base. In the unlocked state, the locking member moves away from the first locking hole, allowing the base to move relative to the positioning seat.

2. The quick-release positioning mechanism as described in claim 1 further comprises a positioning unit, the positioning unit including a positioning pin seat fixedly connected to the base and a positioning pin, the positioning seat further forming a first positioning hole extending in a first direction, the positioning pin seat forming a second positioning hole extending through in the first direction, and the positioning pin being detachably disposed through the first positioning hole of the positioning seat and the second positioning hole of the positioning pin seat, wherein... The positioning pin can be changed between a positioning position and a non-positioning position relative to the positioning seat and the positioning pin seat. In the positioning position, the positioning pin passes through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole. In the non-positioning position, the positioning pin moves away from the first positioning hole.

3. The quick-release positioning mechanism as described in claim 2, wherein, The maximum width of the locating pin is less than the maximum width of the locking element.

4. The quick-release positioning mechanism as described in claim 2, wherein, The locating pin includes a main rod extending in the first direction and a guide portion extending from one end of the main rod toward the locating hole with a gradually decreasing width.

5. The quick-release positioning mechanism as described in claim 4, wherein, The locating pin also includes a control part connected to the other end of the main rod.

6. The quick-release positioning mechanism as described in claim 2, wherein, The positioning base includes a first base body suitable for fixed connection to the ground structure, and a second base body fixedly connected to the first base body. The first base body has the first positioning hole, and the second base body has the first locking hole.

7. The quick-release positioning mechanism as described in claim 6, wherein, The first seat of the positioning base also includes a plurality of first locking holes extending through in the first direction. The quick-release positioning mechanism is also adapted to a plurality of first locking fasteners. The positioning base is adapted to allow the first locking fasteners to pass through their respective first locking holes for locking to the ground structure.

8. The quick-release positioning mechanism as described in claim 2, wherein, The base also includes a first substrate and a second substrate fixedly connected to the first substrate. The first substrate extends in the first direction and has a plurality of second locking holes extending through in a second direction. The second substrate is connected to the first substrate and has the second locking holes. The quick-release positioning mechanism is also applicable to a plurality of second fasteners. The first substrate is adapted to allow the second fasteners to pass through their respective second locking holes for locking to the frame. The second direction intersects the first direction.

9. The quick-release positioning mechanism as described in claim 8, wherein, The first substrate includes two sides spaced apart from each other in a third direction. The positioning pin is fixedly connected to one side of the first substrate. The second positioning hole of the positioning pin is exposed on the second substrate and is located above the first positioning hole at intervals. The third direction intersects with the first direction.
