Abstract
Claims
1. A shellfish cleaning device, comprising: a vibration mechanism for applying vibration to shellfish, the vibration mechanism including a carrier, a fixed base and a vibration drive unit, the vibration drive unit being disposed between the carrier and the fixed base for driving the carrier to generate reciprocating vibration.
2. The shellfish cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vibration mechanism further includes a guide mechanism, the guide mechanism connecting the carrier and the fixed base to limit the movement trajectory of the carrier, the guide mechanism causing the vibration direction of the carrier to include a horizontal component, so that the shellfish carried on the carrier gradually moves and slides along a predetermined direction during the vibration process.
3. The shellfish cleaning equipment as described in claim 2, wherein the vibration drive unit includes an eccentric rotating component and a drive motor, the eccentric rotating component causing the carrier to generate periodic vibrations when rotating.
4. The shellfish cleaning apparatus as described in claim 2, wherein the carrier has a plurality of pores to allow water flow.
5. The shellfish cleaning equipment as described in claim 2, wherein the oscillation mechanism includes a cleaning tank and the carrier is disposed in the cleaning tank.
6. The shellfish cleaning equipment as claimed in claim 1 further includes a conveying mechanism for conveying shellfish in a predetermined direction, wherein the oscillation mechanism is disposed at the end of the conveying mechanism.
7. The shellfish cleaning equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the conveying mechanism is a lifting mechanism having a plurality of partitions.
8. The shellfish cleaning equipment as claimed in claim 1 further includes an air aeration cleaning mechanism, the vibration mechanism being configured to move the shellfish toward the air aeration cleaning mechanism in a predetermined direction.
9. The shellfish cleaning equipment as described in claim 8, wherein the air aeration cleaning mechanism includes an aeration pipeline, a submerged section and a lifting section, the aeration pipeline is disposed in the submerged section, the submerged section is disposed at the end of the oscillation mechanism, and the lifting section is connected to the end of the submerged section and is inclined to form a continuous conveying path.
10. The shellfish cleaning equipment as described in claim 1 further includes a conveying mechanism and an air aeration cleaning mechanism, the air aeration cleaning mechanism and the conveying mechanism being respectively disposed at both ends of the vibrating mechanism.
