Abstract

This invention provides an integrated bearing structure and a speed reducer. The integrated bearing structure includes a housing unit, a transmission unit, and a support unit. The first housing is provided with a first mounting part, and the first mounting part is provided with at least one first guide groove. It includes an output shaft, which is mounted on the first mounting part. The support unit is disposed in the first guide groove and simultaneously abuts against the output shaft and the first guide groove to form support for the output shaft, thereby improving the integration of the structure and simplifying the assembly process.

Claims

1. An integrated bearing structure, comprising: A housing unit includes a first housing, the first housing having a first mounting portion having at least one first guide groove; a transmission unit includes an output shaft mounted on the first mounting portion; and a support unit disposed within the first guide groove, the support unit simultaneously abutting against both the output shaft and the first guide groove to provide support for the output shaft.

2. The integrated bearing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a transmission gear is provided on the output shaft, the transmission gear is a non-fully toothed structure, and includes a first end and a second end along the axial direction of the transmission gear, the first end being provided with a plurality of surrounding teeth for transmitting torque, the second end being a toothless structure, and the second end covering at least a portion of the opening of the first guide groove to restrict the support unit from disengaging from the first guide groove.

3. The integrated bearing structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first housing further includes a stepped portion disposed at the bottom of the first mounting portion, the second end of the transmission gear is disposed opposite to the stepped portion, and the first guide groove is disposed on the stepped portion.

4. The integrated bearing structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein a receiving cavity is provided on the stepped portion, the end of the output shaft is received in the receiving cavity, and the first guide groove is arranged circumferentially along the end of the receiving cavity.

5. The integrated bearing structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the support unit is selected from one or more of balls, rollers, spherical rollers or tapered rollers, and the support unit is rotatably disposed between the second end and the stepped portion.

6. The integrated bearing structure as described in claim 3, wherein the second end of the transmission gear and the stepped portion form an axial limiting element bearing structure, and a radial bearing is coaxially disposed on one side of the first end of the transmission gear, wherein the radial bearing is a roller bearing to bear the radial load of the transmission gear.

7. The integrated bearing structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein the housing unit further includes a second housing having a second mounting portion, the second mounting portion being a bearing seat hole or a bearing mounting groove; the outer ring of the radial bearing abuts or is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the second mounting portion; the first housing and the second housing are correspondingly engaged axially or radially and fixedly connected by a fastener.

8. The integrated bearing structure as described in claim 7, wherein the second mounting portion is provided with a second guide groove, the radial bearing has no independent outer ring, and the rolling elements of the radial bearing directly roll into the second guide groove.

9. The integrated bearing structure as claimed in claim 8, wherein the surfaces of the first guide groove and the second guide groove are provided with a friction-reducing coating.

10. A speed reducer comprising an integrated bearing structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 9.
