Coating machine and its support frame

Abstract

A carrier frame for a coating machine is suitable for carrying multiple sheets to be coated, and includes: a carrier column rotatably mounted in the coating machine; and multiple holding components distributed on the carrier column for detachably holding the multiple sheets to be coated. This allows a coating process to be performed on the multiple sheets distributed on the carrier column during the rotation of the carrier frame, facilitating mass production.

Claims

1. A support frame for a coating machine, suitable for carrying a plurality of films to be coated, and comprising: a support column rotatably mounted in the coating machine; and a plurality of holding components distributed on the support column for detachably holding the plurality of films to be coated.

2. The support frame of the coating machine according to claim 1, wherein the support column is arranged longitudinally and at least two of the retaining components are arranged transversely around the support column.

3. The support frame of the coating machine according to claim 2, wherein at least two of the retaining components are arranged longitudinally.

4. The support frame of the coating machine according to claim 2 or 3 further includes at least two sets of mounting plates, which are fixed around the support column, respectively corresponding to at least two of the retaining components, and for the retaining components to be fixed thereon.

5. The carrier frame of the coating machine according to claim 4, wherein at least one of the holding components includes an upper holding member and a lower holding member, the upper holding member and the lower holding member being fixed to the mounting plate and detachably holding the upper and lower sides of the sheet to be coated, respectively.

6. The support frame of the coating machine according to claim 5, wherein the upper and lower retaining members of the retaining assembly are arranged longitudinally.

7. The carrier frame of the coating machine according to claim 6 further includes a plurality of fasteners, each of the mounting plates having an elongated slot, the plurality of fasteners being detachably passed through the upper and lower retainers of the retaining assembly and detachably inserted into the elongated slot of the mounting plate.

8. The carrier frame of the coating machine according to claim 4, wherein at least one of the holding components includes a left holding member and a right holding member, the left holding member and the right holding member being fixed to the two mounting plates respectively and detachably holding the left and right sides of the sheet to be coated.

The carrier frame of the coating machine according to claim 8, wherein the number of holding components having the left retainer and the right retainer is at least two, and the left retainers of the holding components are arranged longitudinally on one of the mounting plates, while the right retainers of the holding components are arranged longitudinally on the other mounting plate.

The carrier frame of the coating machine according to claim 9 further includes a plurality of fasteners, each of the mounting plates having an elongated slot, the plurality of fasteners being detachably passed through the left and right retainers of the retaining assembly and detachably inserted into the elongated slots of the mounting plates.

The support frame of the coating machine according to claim 4, wherein at least one of the holding components includes an upper holding member, a lower holding member, a left holding member and a right holding member, the set of mounting plates includes three mounting plates surrounding the support column, the upper holding member and the lower holding member are fixed to one of the mounting plates and detachably hold the upper and lower sides of the sheet to be coated, respectively, and the left holding member and the right holding member are fixed to the other two mounting plates and detachably hold the left and right sides of the sheet to be coated, respectively.

12. The carrier frame of the coating machine according to claim 11, wherein the upper and lower retainers of the retaining assembly are arranged longitudinally.

13. The carrier frame of the coating machine according to claim 12 further includes a plurality of fasteners, each of the mounting plates having an elongated slot, the plurality of fasteners being detachably passed through the upper and lower retainers of the retaining assembly and detachably inserted into the elongated slot of the mounting plate.

14. The carrier frame of the coating machine according to claim 11, wherein the number of holding assemblies having the upper holding member, the lower holding member, the left holding member and the right holding member is at least two, the upper and lower holding members of the holding assemblies are arranged longitudinally on one of the mounting plates of the set of mounting plates, the left holding members of the holding assemblies are arranged longitudinally on the other mounting plate of the set of mounting plates, and the right holding members of the holding assemblies are arranged longitudinally on the remaining mounting plates of the set of mounting plates.

The carrier frame of the coating machine according to claim 14 further includes a plurality of fasteners, each of the mounting plates having an elongated slot, the plurality of fasteners being detachably passed through the upper retainer, lower retainer, left retainer and right retainer of the retaining assembly and detachably inserted into the elongated slots of the mounting plates.

16. The support frame of the coating machine according to claim 4, wherein the retaining assembly is detachably fixed to the mounting plates.

17. The support frame of the coating machine according to claim 4, wherein the mounting plate is detachably fixed to the support column.

18. The support frame of the coating machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plurality of holding components are detachably disposed on the support column.

19. A coating machine comprising a support frame as described in claim 1.

20. The coating machine according to claim 19 further includes a gear set rotatably connected to the support column and used to drive the support column to rotate about its central axis when driven, and simultaneously drive the support column to move about the rotation reference axis of the gear set.

21. The coating machine according to claim 20, wherein the gear set is a planetary gear set.
