Abstract

This invention provides a wound history management system, comprising: an electronic device for displaying a "add" option and a "read" option, triggering a selection command; a server including: a login module for the electronic device to log in to the system; a storage module for recording wound history information of at least one user, recording wound information and wound care product information used by the user for each instance; and a data processing module for verifying the user's identity through the login module, and upon successful login, receiving the selection command and generating a corresponding data access request to add a new wound record and wound care product information used to the wound history information, or update or read any record in the wound history information, and displaying each record sequentially on a graphical interface according to its timeline during reading. Thus, this invention can achieve the purpose of recording and tracking the wound healing process.

Claims

1. A wound history management system, comprising: An electronic device for outputting a graphical interface that displays a new option and a read option, wherein the new option or the read option is triggered to generate a selection command; and a server, communicatively connected to the electronic device, including: a login module for the electronic device to log in to the system; A storage module is used to record wound history information of at least one user, which records wound information and wound care product information used by the user each time; and a data processing module is electrically connected to the login module and the storage module, and is used to verify the user's identity through the login module, and after successful login, receive the selection instruction to generate a corresponding data access request, so as to add a wound information and wound care product information used to the wound history information, or update or read any data in the wound history information, and display each data in sequence on the graphical interface according to the timeline of each data when reading.

2. The wound history management system as described in claim 1, wherein, When the electronic device triggers the read option, and the data processing module receives the selection instruction, the data processing module displays each piece of data in the wound history information on the electronic device, and the user can browse through the electronic device according to the timeline of each piece of data.

3. The wound history management system as described in claim 1, wherein, The server also includes a dressing pairing module electrically connected to the data processing module. The data processing module receives the wound information from the electronic device and sends the wound information to the dressing pairing module. The dressing pairing module compares the wound information with wound parameter conditions recorded in a dressing applicability information to obtain at least one candidate dressing from several dressings. The dressing pairing module sends the wound care product information of the at least one candidate dressing to the electronic device.

4. The wound history management system as described in claim 3, wherein, The data processing module sorts the at least one candidate dressing based on the matching degree between the dressing application information and the wound information to generate a sorting result; the data processing module outputs the corresponding wound care product information of the candidate dressing based on the sorting result and sends it to the electronic device.

5. The wound history management system as described in claim 3, wherein, This dressing application information is used to record the wound parameter conditions to which each of these dressings is applicable.

6. The wound history management system as described in claim 1, wherein, The wound information includes a wound location, a wound type, a wound date, a wound size, a wound exudate volume, a wound improvement status, a current pain index, a wound color, a wound surrounding skin condition, an exudate color, a wound odor, and at least one wound image.

7. The wound history management system as described in claim 1, wherein, The wound care product information includes a product name, a product specification, at least one product feature, and at least one hyperlink, which includes a URL that links to a product’s related information page or purchase page.

8. The wound history management system as described in claim 1, wherein, The graphical interface displays wound information and wound care product information, allowing the user to view the relevant data through the electronic device.
