Personnel Recommendation and Selection System

Abstract

This system provides a personnel recommendation and selection system suitable for financial institutions. The system includes a qualification screening module, a preliminary assessment management module, a list classification and allocation module, a secondary assessment management module, and a list integration and generation module. The qualification screening module retrieves personnel data from a personnel database and screens them according to qualification criteria. The preliminary assessment management module receives preliminary assessment data and generates preliminary assessment results. The list classification and allocation module categorizes recommenders into head office and branch offices based on organizational structure, and allocates branch office recommenders to multiple regional secondary assessment lists based on jurisdictional relationships. The secondary assessment management module receives secondary assessment data and generates secondary assessment results. The list integration and generation module integrates the secondary assessment results with the head office recommender list and generates a final list of recommended candidates based on the corresponding jurisdictional relationships of the higher-level management regions.

Claims

1. A personnel recommendation and selection system, applicable to financial institutions, the personnel recommendation and selection system comprising a plurality of hardware modules consisting of a plurality of hardware circuits, the hardware modules comprising: a qualification screening module configured to retrieve a plurality of personnel data from a personnel database and screen the personnel data according to at least one qualification criterion to generate a list of qualified personnel; and a preliminary assessment management module communicatively connected to the qualification screening module, configured to receive the list of qualified personnel and provide the list of qualified personnel for access by a preliminary assessment operation device, and receive preliminary assessment data from the preliminary assessment operation device, the preliminary assessment data including at least one recommendee, at least one recommender and at least one reason for recommendation, the preliminary assessment management module aggregating the preliminary assessment data to generate preliminary assessment result data; A list classification and assignment module is connected to the initial assessment management module. It is configured to receive the initial assessment result data and obtain organization information and jurisdictional correspondence information from an organization jurisdiction data source. Based on the organization information, the multiple recommenders in the initial assessment result data are classified into a head office unit recommender list and a branch unit recommender list. Based on the jurisdictional correspondence information, the branch unit recommender list is assigned to multiple regional reassessment lists, and each regional reassessment list corresponds to a jurisdictional region. A review management module, communicatively connected to the list classification and allocation module, is configured to provide the review lists for each region to a corresponding review operation device and receive review data from the review operation device. The review management module aggregates the review data to generate review result data. A list integration and production module, communicatively connected to the list classification and allocation module and the review management module, is configured to receive the list of recommended candidates from the head office unit and the review result data, obtain upper-level jurisdictional region correspondence data from the organization's jurisdictional data source, integrate the list of recommended candidates from the head office unit with the review result data, and generate multiple general lists of recommended candidates based on the upper-level jurisdictional region correspondence data. Each general list of recommended candidates corresponds to an upper-level jurisdictional region.

The personnel recommendation and selection system as described in claim 1, wherein the personnel recommendation and selection system further includes a notification module, which is communicatively connected to the list classification and assignment module and the list integration and production module. The notification module is configured to send a review notification to the review operation device via an email system after the list classification and assignment module completes the assignment of the multiple regional review lists, and to send a total list notification to a selection reference device via the email system after the list integration and production module completes the production of the total list of multiple recommended candidates.

3. The personnel recommendation and selection system as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one qualification criterion is set based on at least one personnel attribute information in the plurality of personnel records.

The personnel recommendation and selection system as described in Request 1, wherein the corresponding data of the jurisdiction is the corresponding data of the region under the jurisdiction of the regional center manager, and the corresponding data of the superior jurisdiction is the corresponding data of the region under the jurisdiction of the deputy general manager.

5. The personnel recommendation and selection system as described in Request 1, wherein the list integration module is further configured to integrate the re-evaluation result data with the corresponding initial evaluation result data.

6. The personnel recommendation and selection system as described in Request 2, wherein the notification module is further configured to include a summary of the corresponding regional review list in the review notification.
