Abstract
Claims
1. A leak-proof inner tube valve for bicycles, assembled at one vent of an inner tube to allow for inflation and deflation communication between the inner and outer sides of the inner tube, comprising: A rod body has an air passage and a plurality of annular grooves, wherein the air passage is formed through the rod body, and each of the annular grooves is formed on the outer periphery of one end of the rod body; and an airtight seat is disposed on the outer periphery of the rod body, and corresponding to the position of each annular groove, has: a through hole formed through the airtight seat for one end of the rod body to pass through; a wing portion extended outward along the outer periphery of the airtight seat and fitted to the inner side of the inner tube to fix the airtight seat to the inner tube; and a bearing ring portion extended along the wall of the through hole toward the center of the through hole and abutting against the cross-section of one end of the rod body to form an axial airtight barrier; wherein the airtight seat is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the rod body by injection molding or overmolding, and a portion of the material is embedded in each annular groove.
2. The inner tube valve for preventing air leakage of a bicycle as described in claim 1, wherein the wing is vulcanized to the inner side of the inner tube at the vent.
3. The inner tube valve for preventing air leakage in bicycles as described in claim 1, wherein the airtight seat further includes an inner ring portion erected on the supporting ring portion and covering the inner wall of the air passage.
