Abstract

A blade structure for a centrifugal fan includes: a rotating body; blade units arranged in a ring array around the outer wall of the rotating body; a reinforcing member located between two adjacent blade units, with both ends of the reinforcing member connected to the two adjacent blade units respectively; a gap for accommodating a connecting portion between a first blade and a second blade, the first blade and the second blade being connected to opposite sides of the connecting portion respectively, and the first blade and the second blade extending in opposite directions along the axial direction of the rotating body; a third blade and a fourth blade connected to the connecting portion, the third blade and the fourth blade being located at the end of the connecting portion away from the rotating body; the third blade being located on the side of the connecting portion away from the second blade, and the fourth blade being located on the side of the connecting portion away from the first blade. This novel design divides the blades of a traditional one-piece structure into upper and lower layers, thereby dividing the airflow into smaller parts, reducing the pressure and friction of each airflow unit, and thus improving the performance of the fan.

Claims

1. A blade structure for a centrifugal fan, comprising: Solid of revolution; Blade units, the blade units being arranged in a ring array around the outer wall of the rotating body; The blade unit includes a reinforcing member located between two adjacent blade units, with both ends of the reinforcing member connected to the two adjacent blade units respectively. The reinforcing member is disposed at the end of the blade unit away from the rotating body. The blade unit includes a first blade, a second blade, a third blade, a fourth blade, and a connecting portion. A gap is provided between the first blade and the second blade to accommodate the connecting portion. The first blade and the second blade are respectively connected to opposite sides of the connecting portion, and the first blade and the second blade extend in opposite directions along the axial direction of the rotating body. The third blade and the fourth blade are connected to the connecting portion and are disposed at the end of the connecting portion away from the rotating body. The third blade is disposed on the side of the connecting portion away from the second blade, and the fourth blade is disposed on the side of the connecting portion away from the first blade.

2. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The third blade and the second blade are located in the same plane, and the fourth blade and the first blade are located in the same plane.

3. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The first blade and / or the second blade are vertically arranged.

4. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The first blade and the second blade are of equal length.

5. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The connecting part is a strip plate, and the two opposite long sides of the connecting part are respectively connected to the bottom of the first blade and the top of the second blade.

6. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 5, wherein, The connecting part is provided with multiple through holes and / or grooves.

7. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The angle between the connecting part and the first blade is X, and 0° < X < 180°.

8. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The angle between the connecting part and the second blade is X', and 0° < X' < 180°.

9. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The rotating body includes a main body and a rotating shaft. The main body has a cavity for accommodating a motor, and the bottom of the main body has an opening that communicates with the cavity. The rotating shaft is disposed in the cavity and is integrally formed with the main body.
