Abstract

A blade structure for a centrifugal fan includes: a rotating body, blade units, and a reinforcing member. The blade units are arranged in a ring array around the outer wall of the rotating body. The reinforcing member is located between two adjacent blade units, and its two ends are respectively connected to the two adjacent blade units. Each blade unit includes: a first blade, a second blade, and a connecting portion. A gap is provided between the first blade and the second blade to accommodate the connecting portion. The first blade and the second blade are respectively connected to opposite sides of the connecting portion, and the first blade and the second blade extend in opposite directions along the axial direction of the rotating body. This novel design divides the blade of a traditional one-piece structure into a first blade and a second blade, creating upper and lower layers, thereby dividing the airflow into smaller parts, reducing the pressure and friction of each airflow unit, and thus improving the fan's performance.

Claims

1. A blade structure for a centrifugal fan, comprising: Solid of revolution; Blade units, the blade units being arranged in a ring array around the outer wall of the rotating body; The blade unit includes a reinforcing member located between two adjacent blade units, with both ends of the reinforcing member connected to the two adjacent blade units respectively. The reinforcing member is disposed at the end of the blade unit away from the rotating body. The blade unit includes a first blade, a second blade, and a connecting portion. A gap is provided between the first blade and the second blade to accommodate the connecting portion. The first blade and the second blade are respectively connected to opposite sides of the connecting portion, and the first blade and the second blade extend in opposite directions along the axial direction of the rotating body.

2. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The first blade and / or the second blade are vertically arranged.

3. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The first blade and the second blade are of equal length.

4. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The connecting part is a strip plate, and the two opposite long sides of the connecting part are respectively connected to the bottom of the first blade and the top of the second blade.

5. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 4, wherein, The connecting part is provided with multiple through holes and / or grooves.

6. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The angle between the connecting part and the first blade is X, and 0° < X < 180°.

7. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The angle between the connecting part and the second blade is X', and 0° < X' < 180°.

8. The blade structure for a centrifugal fan as described in claim 1, wherein, The rotating body includes a main body and a rotating shaft. The main body has a cavity for accommodating a motor, and the bottom of the main body has an opening that communicates with the cavity. The rotating shaft is disposed in the cavity and is integrally formed with the main body.
