Abstract

This novel temporary enclosure device for cleanrooms is used to demarcate a construction area within a cleanroom. The device includes a plurality of support rods and a shielding element positioned between any two support rods. The shielding element is flame-retardant, fire-resistant, and transparent. Combined with the support rods having an adjustable telescopic length and top-locking units at both ends of the rods, the shielding element can be clamped and positioned by the top-locking units. The support rods can be adjusted and securely locked according to the height of the construction area, allowing the shielding element to be quickly deployed and enclosed within the construction area. This effectively isolates construction dust, and the visible construction area maintains a clean environment within the cleanroom, while also increasing ease of use and safety.

Claims

1. A temporary enclosure device for a cleanroom, wherein the interior space of the cleanroom is enclosed by a ceiling wall, a floor, and a perimeter wall, and the temporary enclosure device encloses a construction area within the interior space, the aforementioned temporary enclosure device comprising a plurality of support rods and a shielding member disposed between any two of the support rods, wherein, The shielding component has flame-retardant and transparent properties. The support rods have an adjustable telescopic length rod body and top-locking units at both ends of the rod body. Each top-locking unit includes a base at one end of the rod body and a top-stopping member that can be locked onto the base. A clamping space is formed between the base and the top-stopping member, allowing the shielding component to extend and be clamped and fixed by the base and the top-stopping member. A soft layer is formed on the opposite side of the base from the top-stopping member. Therefore, when the shielding component is clamped between the base and the top-stopping member, and the support rods are height-adjusted according to the distance between the top wall and the ground, the top-stopping member of each support rod is pressed tightly against the top wall and the ground, allowing the shielding component to be deployed and enclose a construction work area.
