Claims
1. A query consent management system, adapted to communicate with a client electronic device operated by a registered person in charge of an enterprise and a server electronic device operated by a bank employee, and comprising: a storage unit storing loan application information corresponding to the enterprise, the loan application information including enterprise information, registered person in charge information, investment type and application method; and a processing unit electrically connected to the storage unit; the processing unit determining whether the application method indicates online application or paper application; when the processing unit determines that the application method indicates online application, the processing unit determines whether the investment type indicates sole proprietorship or non-sole proprietorship; when the processing unit determines that the investment type indicates non-sole proprietorship, the processing unit determines whether the loan application information includes a paper query consent record corresponding to the enterprise information and received from the server electronic device and an online query consent record corresponding to the registered person in charge and received from the client electronic device; When the processing unit determines that the loan application materials contain a paper query consent record corresponding to the enterprise information and received from the server electronic device, and an online query consent record corresponding to the registered person in charge information and received from the client electronic device, the processing unit allows the execution of a joint query procedure corresponding to the enterprise and the registered person in charge.
