Abstract
Claims
1. A caster structure comprising: a housing; a directional shaft having a fixed unit, at least one pivot member, at least one first corresponding directional unit, and at least one second corresponding directional unit, the pivot member being disposed between the fixed unit and the first corresponding directional unit, the first corresponding directional unit being disposed between the pivot member and the second corresponding directional unit, the pivot member being pivotally connected to the housing; and a directional portion having a first directional member, a second directional member, and a first abutting member, the second directional member being pivotally connected to the housing, the first directional member being pivotally connected to the second directional member, the first abutting member being pivotally connected to the first directional member, the first directional member having a first operating unit, the second directional member having a first directional unit corresponding to the first corresponding directional unit, and the first abutting member having a first abutting unit. A directional and braking unit has a first directional and braking component, a second directional and braking component, and a second abutting component. The second directional and braking component is pivotally connected to the housing. The first directional and braking component is pivotally connected to the second directional and braking component. The second abutting component is pivotally connected to the first directional and braking component. The first directional and braking component has a second operating unit. The second directional and braking component has a second directional unit and two braking units. The second directional unit corresponds to a second corresponding directional unit. The second abutting component has a second abutting unit. A release part having a release member having a third operating unit, the release member being pivotally connected to the first abutting member, the second abutting member and the housing, the first abutting unit abutting between the release member and the first directional member, the second abutting unit abutting between the release member and the first directional and braking member; and two rolling parts pivotally connected to the housing, each of the rolling parts having a corresponding braking unit, the corresponding braking units respectively corresponding to the braking units.
2. The caster structure as described in claim 1, further comprising a fixing part fixed to the fixing unit.

The caster structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing has a first housing and a second housing, the second housing being connected to the bottom of the first housing, the pivot member, the second directional member, the second directional and braking member and the release member being pivotally connected to the first housing, and the rolling portions being pivotally connected to the first housing and the second housing.

The caster structure as described in claim 3, further comprising a first elastic member, a second elastic member and a third elastic member, the first elastic member being disposed on the second directional member and the two ends of the first elastic member respectively abutting against the second directional member and the first receiving housing, one end of the second elastic member being fixed to the second receiving housing, the other end of the second elastic member abutting against the second directional member and the brake member, and the third elastic member being disposed on the release member and the two ends of the third elastic member respectively abutting against the release member and the first receiving housing.
5. The caster structure as described in claim 3, wherein the pivot member, the second directional member, the second directional and brake member, and the release member are pivotally connected to the first housing housing in sequence from front to back.
6. The caster structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second directional and braking component has a receiving unit for receiving the second directional component.
7. The caster structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the release member has a first corresponding abutment unit and a second corresponding abutment unit to abut the first abutment unit and the second abutment unit respectively.
8. The caster structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein the release member has a positioning unit for positioning between the first abutment member and the second abutment member.
9. The caster structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first directional and braking component has a first positioning unit for positioning on a second positioning unit of the second directional and braking component.
