Abstract

This invention discloses a comprehensive water purifier with both hot and cold water functions, belonging to the field of water purifiers. In this invention, along the length of the water purifier, the refrigeration unit is located at the rear end, with the cold water tank and compressor arranged vertically. The filter element and heating module are vertically distributed at the front end, located on opposite sides of the cold water tank's width. The pure water tank is located between the filter element and the cold water tank, both on the same side of the cold water tank's width. The booster pump is vertically distributed and located on the opposite side of the cold water tank's width, along with the heating module. The bottom of the filter element connects to a water circuit board, which is located at the bottom of the water purifier and extends along its width. A pipe distribution area is formed between the top of the water circuit board and the rear compressor. This invention effectively saves internal space through the rational and compact layout of its components, facilitates the disassembly and assembly of key components, and improves user convenience.

Claims

1. A comprehensive water purifier with both hot and cold water functions, comprising a booster pump (205), a filter element (200), a pure water tank (400), a heating module (206), and a cooling unit (300), wherein: The refrigeration unit (300) includes a compressor (301) and a cold water tank (320). Along the front-to-back length of the water purifier, the refrigeration unit (300) is located at the rear end of the water purifier, and the cold water tank (320) and the compressor (301) are arranged vertically. The filter element (200) and the heating module (206) are both vertically distributed at the front end of the water purifier and are located on both sides of the width direction of the cold water tank (320). The pure water tank (400) is located between the filter element (200) and the cold water tank (320), and the pure water tank (400) and the filter element (200) are located on the same side of the width direction of the cold water tank (320). The booster pump (205) is vertically distributed and is located on the other side of the width direction of the cold water tank (320) along with the heating module (206). The bottom of the filter element (200) is connected to the water circuit board (202), which is located at the bottom of the water purifier and extends along the left and right width direction of the water purifier. The water circuit board (202) and the compressor (301) at the rear end form a pipe distribution area.

The comprehensive water purifier with both hot and cold water functions as described in claim 1, further comprising an electronic control module (203) and an adapter (204), wherein the electronic control module (203) is vertically distributed and installed below the pure water tank (400), and the adapter (204) is vertically distributed and installed in the gap between the booster pump (205) and the heating module (206), and the adapter (204) and the heating module (206) are separated.

A full-featured water purifier with both hot and cold water functions as described in claim 3, wherein a cold water pump (304) and a circulation pump (305) are connected to the cold water tank (320), the cold water pump (304) is used to discharge cold water, and the circulation pump (305) is used to circulate cold water back into the cold water tank (320); the cold water pump (304) and the circulation pump (305) are both connected to the bottom of the cold water tank (320) and located in the gap between the top support plate (316) and the compressor (301).

A comprehensive water purifier with both hot and cold water functions as described in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a water pump (410) is fixedly installed on the pure water tank (400), the pure water tank (400) is provided with a pump inlet interface (403) communicating with the inner cavity, and a pump outlet interface (404) and a drain outlet (402) not communicating with the inner cavity, the pump outlet interface (404) and the drain outlet (402) are connected by an outlet flow channel (407) located inside the pure water tank (400); the pump inlet (412) of the water pump (410) is correspondingly connected to the pump inlet interface (403), and the pump outlet (411) of the water pump (410) is correspondingly connected to the pump outlet interface (404).

The comprehensive water purifier with both hot and cold water functions as described in claim 10, wherein the pump inlet interface (403) and the pump outlet interface (404) are both located at the bottom of the pure water tank (400), and the drain outlet (402) is located at the lower part of the pure water tank (400) near the pump outlet interface (404); the water pump (410) is vertically distributed and fixed below the pure water tank (400).

A full-featured water purifier with both hot and cold water functions as described in any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising an outer panel (100) surrounding and covering the periphery of the water purifier, the outer panel (100) comprising a side plate portion (110) disposed close to the side where the filter element (200) is located, the filter element (200) being placed inside the side plate portion (110), and a top window (117) being formed at the top of the side plate portion (110) to expose the filter element (200) below, and a side window (118) being formed on the outer side of the side plate portion (110) communicating with the top window (117), so that the filter element (200) can be deflected from the top window (117) to the side window (118) and removed.

The all-in-one water purifier with hot and cold water functions as described in claim 12, wherein the outer panel (100) further includes a top panel (113), a rear panel (112) and a second side panel (114) integrally formed with the first side panel (110), the top panel (113) being close to the top surface of the refrigeration unit (300), the rear panel (112) being close to the rear end of the refrigeration unit (300), the first side panel (110) and the second side panel (114) being close to the left and right sides of the refrigeration unit (300); the top window (117) extends through the top panel (113).

14. The full-featured water purifier with hot and cold water functions as described in claim 13, wherein a water tank window (115) is provided on the top plate (113) behind the top window (117), the water tank window (115) being able to expose and open the pure water tank (400) below.

15. The full-featured water purifier with hot and cold water functions as claimed in claim 13, wherein the peripheral panel (100) further includes a cover plate (111) which is detachably mounted on the outside of the side window (118) and covers the internal filter element (200).

The full-featured water purifier with hot and cold water functions as claimed in claim 13, wherein an inner partition (119) is provided on the inner side of the side panel (110) surrounding the outer periphery of the filter element (200), and the top window (117) and the side window (118) are the top opening and the edge opening of the inner partition (119), respectively.

17. A full-featured water purifier with both hot and cold water functions as described in claim 13, wherein the vertical extension length of the side window (118) is greater than or equal to 1 / 3 of the axial height of the filter element (200).
