Abstract

This invention relates to a pet shampoo microcapsule, comprising: a capsule body having an outer membrane structure and an inner containing space, the membrane structure covering the containing space; and an oily conditioner disposed within the containing space and encapsulated within the membrane structure. The pet shampoo microcapsule proposed in this invention can moisturize and protect the pet's fur.

Claims

1. A pet shampoo microcapsule, comprising: A capsule body having an outer membrane structure and an inner accommodating space, wherein the membrane structure covers the accommodating space. And an oily hair conditioner, which is placed in the containment space and encapsulated within the membrane structure.

2. Pet shampoo microcapsules as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the capsule body is 30 to 100 micrometers (µm).

3. The pet shampoo microcapsules of claim 1, wherein the membrane thickness of the membrane structure is 3-50 micrometers (µm).

4. The pet shampoo microcapsule of claim 1, wherein the material of the membrane structure includes a polysaccharide network structure or a polymeric hydrophilic colloidal network structure.

5. The pet shampoo microcapsules of claim 4, wherein the polysaccharide network structure is formed by adding a crosslinking agent to sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) or hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC).

6. The pet shampoo microcapsules of claim 4, wherein the polymeric hydrophilic colloidal network structure is formed by adding another crosslinking agent to gelatin, sodium alginate, or gum arabic.

7. Pet shampoo microcapsules as claimed in item 5 or 6, wherein the cross-linking agent and the other cross-linking agent are both calcium chloride.

8. The pet shampoo microcapsules of claim 1, wherein the oily conditioner is a biocompatible natural oil, including shea butter, jojoba oil, vitamin E esters, avocado oil, or coconut oil esters.

9. The pet shampoo microcapsule of claim 1, wherein the pet shampoo microcapsule is mixed with a base shampoo to form a pet shampoo; the pet shampoo is disposed in a pet shampoo containing space in a container body; and the container body has an outer shell and an interior forming the pet shampoo containing space, and the outer shell covers the pet shampoo containing space.

10. The pet shampoo microcapsule of claim 9, wherein the base shampoo comprises a surfactant, a plant-based thickener, and a moisturizing factor.

11. The pet shampoo microcapsules of claim 10, wherein the surfactant comprises cocoapropyl betaine or sodium lauroyl glutamate; the plant-based thickener comprises a guar gum derivative; and the moisturizing factor comprises glycerin or panthenol.

12. Pet shampoo microcapsules as claimed in claim 9, wherein the pH value of the base shampoo is 5.5 to 6.5.
