Abstract

This invention relates to a meeting support system for apartment building owners, comprising a processing unit and a storage unit electrically connected thereto. The processing unit includes a data import module, a proxy control module, a voting integration module, and a record archiving module. The data import module receives participant identification information and voting rights; the proxy control module automatically calculates the number of proxies and the voting rights ratio when establishing proxy relationships, and issues a blocking signal when any ratio reaches a preset threshold; the voting integration module aggregates electronic and paper voting data and updates the statistical status; the record archiving module locks data access permissions according to preset conditions after the meeting. Through the collaboration of the aforementioned modules, this invention can effectively and automatically filter excessive proxying, instantly aggregate diverse voting data, and ensure the integrity and immutability of meeting records, thereby improving meeting efficiency, procedural legality, and data security.

Claims

1. A meeting support system for apartment building owners, comprising: a storage unit for storing original data of owners and a preset threshold value; and a processing unit electrically connected to the storage unit, the processing unit comprising: a data import module for receiving identification data and voting rights of meeting participants and storing them in the storage unit; a proxy control module for retrieving data from the storage unit to calculate a proxy ratio and a proxy voting rights ratio when a proxy relationship request is made, and generating a blocking signal to terminate the establishment of the proxy relationship when either ratio reaches the preset threshold value; a voting integration module for receiving and integrating electronic voting data and paper voting data, and updating the voting statistics status in the storage unit according to the voting rights; and a record sealing module for marking the voting data in the storage unit as sealed after the meeting according to a preset preservation condition to restrict access to the data.

2. The apartment building owners' meeting support system as described in claim 1, wherein the preset threshold value includes an upper limit on the proportion of the number of proxies, an upper limit on the proportion of proxy voting rights, or a combination thereof.

3. The apartment building owners' meeting support system as described in claim 1, wherein the voting integration module receives the electronic voting data via a network and the paper voting data via an input interface.

4. The apartment building owners' meeting support system as described in claim 1, wherein when the record sealing module marks the data as sealed, a digital signature or encrypted record is simultaneously generated in the storage unit.
