Abstract

This invention discloses an energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system and its operation method. The energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system includes a mains power supply, a motor driver, a motor, a bidirectional DC / DC converter, a supercapacitor, a unidirectional DC / DC converter, a load inverter, and at least one AC load. The supercapacitor is charged with electricity generated by the motor, or the supercapacitor provides power to the motor, achieving energy saving. When the mains power supply fails, the supercapacitor can supply power to run the motor, achieving emergency rescue.

Claims

1. An energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system, comprising: a mains power supply; a motor driver connected to the mains power supply; a motor connected to the motor driver; a bidirectional DC / DC converter connected to the motor driver; a supercapacitor connected to the bidirectional DC / DC converter; a unidirectional DC / DC converter connected to the bidirectional DC / DC converter and the supercapacitor; a load inverter connected to the unidirectional DC / DC converter; and at least one AC load connected to the load inverter and the mains power supply.

2. The energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system as described in claim 1, wherein the motor driver is a variable voltage variable frequency drive (VVVF drive).

3. The energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system as described in claim 1, wherein the motor is an AC motor.

4. The energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one AC load comprises an elevator controller, an elevator brake, an elevator door switch controller, elevator car lighting, or a combination thereof.

5. The energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system as described in claim 1, wherein each of the at least one AC load is further provided with a relay between the mains power and the load inverter.

The energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the motor driver comprises: a rectifier connected to the mains power; a bus capacitor connected to the rectifier; a braking resistor connected to the rectifier; and a frequency converter connected to the braking resistor and the motor.

7. The energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system as described in claim 1, wherein the bidirectional DC / DC converter is a bidirectional DC / DC converter with a potential sensor and a controller function.

8. The energy storage and recovery elevator rescue system as described in claim 7, wherein the controller includes a central processing unit (CPU), a programmable logic controller (PLC), or a single-chip microcomputer.
