Abstract

A conductive module and its conductive terminal are disclosed. The conductive module includes a conductive wire and a conductive terminal. The conductive wire has a wire body segment and a wire overlap segment, the wire overlap segment extending outward from the wire body segment. The conductive terminal has a terminal overlap structure, a terminal engagement structure, and a terminal connection segment. The terminal overlap structure overlaps the wire overlap segment, the terminal engagement structure engages the wire body segment, and the terminal connection segment connects the terminal overlap structure and the terminal engagement structure respectively, thereby preventing relative displacement between the terminal overlap structure and the terminal engagement structure and thus avoiding unintended bending of the extended wire overlap segment, thereby improving the structural integrity and reliability of the conductive wire.

Claims

1. A conductive terminal, the conductive terminal comprising: A terminal overlap section having a terminal overlap structure that provides overlap at a terminal overlap position; a terminal engagement section having a terminal engagement structure that provides engagement at a terminal engagement position; and a terminal connecting section extending from the terminal overlap position to the terminal engagement position, thereby connecting the terminal overlap structure and the terminal engagement structure to provide a stop for relative displacement of the terminal overlap structure and the terminal engagement structure.

2. The conductive terminal as described in claim 1, wherein, The terminal overlap structure and the terminal engagement structure are terminal clamping structures.

3. A conductive module, the conductive module comprising: A conductive wire having a wire body segment and a wire overlap segment extending outward from the wire body segment; and an electrical connector comprising: a conductive terminal as described in claim 1; wherein the terminal overlap structure is provided to overlap the wire overlap segment such that the terminal overlap segment and the wire overlap segment form a terminal wire overlap portion; and the terminal engagement structure is provided to engage the wire body segment such that the terminal engagement segment and the wire body segment form a terminal wire engagement portion; and the terminal connection segment prevents the relative displacement of the terminal overlap structure and the terminal engagement structure from causing unintended bending of the extended wire overlap segment; An insulating core having a core overlap space and a core wall extending along the periphery of the core overlap space; and an insulating shell having a shell joint space and a shell wall extending along the periphery of the shell joint space; wherein the insulating shell, the insulating core, and the conductive terminal are combinable such that the core overlap space and the shell joint space are connected, and the terminal wire overlap portion is located in the core overlap space, so that the core wall can provide protection for the terminal wire overlap portion outside the core overlap space, and the terminal wire joint portion is located in the shell joint space, so that the shell wall can provide protection for the terminal wire joint portion outside the shell joint space.

4. The conductive module as described in claim 3, wherein, The conductive wire also has a conductive core wire and an insulating sheath. The conductive core wire extends from the wire body section to the wire overlap section, and the insulating sheath extends to cover the conductive core wire in the wire body section. The terminal overlap structure overlaps the conductive core wire in the wire overlap section, and the terminal joining structure joins the insulating sheath in the wire joining section.

5. The conductive module as described in claim 3, wherein, The terminal connection section has a terminal support structure that provides support for the extension of the wire overlap section to prevent the extended wire overlap section from bending unexpectedly.

6. The conductive module as described in claim 5, wherein, The terminal support structure has a substantially C-shaped cross-section, which allows it to provide support for the extension of the wire overlap section in multiple directions.

7. The conductive module as described in claim 3, wherein, The core wall system has a core guiding structure that guides the extension of the wire overlap section to prevent unintended bending caused by improper extension of the wire overlap section.

8. The conductive module as described in claim 3, wherein, The shell wall system has a shell guiding structure that guides the extension of the wire body segment to prevent unintended bending caused by improper extension of the wire body segment.

9. The conductive module as described in claim 3, wherein, The insulating shell also has a shell snap-fit structure, and the insulating core also has a core snap-fit structure. The shell snap-fit structure and the core snap-fit structure can be matched to allow the insulating shell to snap onto the insulating core.

10. The conductive module as claimed in claim 3, wherein, The insulating shell also has a shell wire passage that connects to the shell joint space, allowing the wire overlap section to extend into the core overlap space through the shell wire passage, so that the terminal joint structure can overlap the wire overlap section in the core overlap space, and the wire body section can extend into the shell joint space through the shell wire passage, so that the terminal joint structure can join the wire body section in the shell joint space.
