Abstract
Claims
1. A screening system for screening a plurality of objects to be screened, the screening system comprising: a feeding assembly including: a support; and a feeding roller rotatably disposed on the support and having a communicating receiving space and a discharge port, the receiving space for receiving the objects to be screened; a conveying device, one end of the conveying device corresponding to the discharge port of the feeding roller, wherein when the feeding roller rotates relative to the support, the feeding roller allows the objects to be screened to fall one by one from the receiving space through the discharge port to the conveying device by gravity, so that the conveying device conveys the objects to be screened; and a screening device, the other end of the conveying device corresponding to the screening device, and the screening device for screening the objects to be screened conveyed by the conveying device; wherein... The length of the discharge port of the feed roller is greater than or equal to one time the average maximum length of the materials to be screened and less than or equal to two times the average maximum length of the materials to be screened, and the width of the discharge port of the feed roller is greater than or equal to one time the average maximum width of the materials to be screened and less than or equal to two times the average maximum width of the materials to be screened.
2. The screening system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support further includes a plurality of support wheels rotatably disposed on the support and supporting one side of the feed roller in the radial direction of the feed roller, the feed assembly further includes a drive wheel rotatably disposed on the support and abutting against the other side of the feed roller in the radial direction of the feed roller, and the drive wheel is used to drive the feed roller to rotate relative to the support.
3. The screening system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the feeding assembly further includes a drive member disposed on the bracket and connected to the drive wheel, and the drive member is used to drive the drive wheel so that the drive wheel drives the feeding roller to rotate relative to the bracket.
4. The screening system as described in claim 1, wherein the feed roller has the discharge port on one side in the radial direction.
5. The screening system as described in claim 1, wherein the discharge port is rectangular.
6. The screening system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feed roller has a feed port on one side along the axial direction, the feed port being connected to the receiving space, and the feed roller being used to allow the materials to be screened to be placed into the receiving space from the feed port.
7. A feeding assembly for accommodating a plurality of materials to be screened and corresponding to a conveying device, the feeding assembly comprising: a support; and a feeding roller rotatably disposed on the support and having a communicating receiving space and a discharge port, the receiving space for accommodating the materials to be screened, wherein, when the feeding roller rotates relative to the support, the feeding roller allows the materials to be screened to fall one by one from the receiving space through the discharge port into the conveying device by gravity; wherein, The length of the discharge port of the feed roller is greater than or equal to one time the average maximum length of the materials to be screened and less than or equal to two times the average maximum length of the materials to be screened, and the width of the discharge port of the feed roller is greater than or equal to one time the average maximum width of the materials to be screened and less than or equal to two times the average maximum width of the materials to be screened.
8. The feeding assembly as claimed in claim 7 further includes a drive wheel, and the bracket further includes a plurality of support wheels, the support wheels being rotatably disposed on the bracket and supporting one side of the feeding roller in the radial direction of the feeding roller, the drive wheel being rotatably disposed on the bracket and abutting against the other side of the feeding roller in the radial direction of the feeding roller, and the drive wheel being used to drive the feeding roller to rotate relative to the bracket.
9. The feeding assembly as claimed in claim 8 further includes a drive member disposed on the bracket and connected to the drive wheel, and the drive member is used to drive the drive wheel so that the drive wheel drives the feeding roller to rotate relative to the bracket.
10. The feeding assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the feeding roller has the discharge port on one side in the radial direction.
11. The feed assembly as described in claim 7, wherein the discharge port is rectangular.
12. The feeding assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the feeding roller has a feed port on one side in the axial direction, the feed port being connected to the receiving space, and the feeding roller being used to allow the materials to be screened to be placed into the receiving space from the feed port.
